These guys did it right the 1st time and more importantly stand behind their work for two years. The shop is immaculate and the techs are in uniforms and present a very professional appearance.The manager (Sean) is very responsive and explains everything and most importantly don't try to up sell you for repair you don't need. From now on I will take my BMW Z4 and X5 there...well hopefully I won't have to. Bottom line: No BS here!

They do great work and don't even find my lack of automotive issues amusing and always patiently explain. In emergencies, they have been able to work me in quickly which is highly appreciated. Prices seem quite reasonable to me. They are friendly through the process and have a great waiting area. I trust them.

Fixed my headlight, tire, and power steering with no notice - i just walked in, pretty desperate for immediate help because of family emergency. Sean fixed all those things swiftly - and at a super reasonable rate. He helped fix my Mercedes Benz window, without which I couldn't have driven. (The regulator was off, so the window wasn't rising electronically.) He fashioned this incredible DIY treatment: it was a physics/structural and ergodynamic wonder!

I discovered Desi Auto Care in 2016. since then have been in several times for service on small and big repairs for my Audi 2008 A8 and would never go anywhere else. Shawn is a good troubleshooter, very straightforward and honest to deal with, and my car is always ready on time. good value, definitely not overpriced. He knows his FOUR RINGS. No complaints.

Desi Auto Care is absolutely the BOMB! So I show up with my 2013 Porsche Panamera GTS, and explained sign is on. 'Sticking' problems and also the "automatic" function issues, turns the engine off while idling. A few days later I get it back and it's smooth as silk! He always kept my Porsche running well through 193000 miles. I trust them totally. I drive from King of Prussia PA to Stratford NJ to use threie services.

I was buying used MINI JCW convertible in Blackwood are. I wanted a local pre-purchase inspection done and called Desi Auto Care. I'm so glad I did. It turns out they were the shop that did all of the maintenance work for this MINI's original owner (Paul) and knew all of the service history. Andrew was able to tell me about services done and more importantly about recommendations the previous owner hadn't done. He worked with Paul to bring the car to the shop and was able to provide me with a much more comprehensive inspection based on their historic knowledge. Without his guidance and help, I would not have bought the car.

A week ago my 2012 Porsche needed fixing, I didn't even call for a quote from Desi Auto Care. I figured a shop that specializes in German cars would charge an arm and leg more than regular shops. I was surprised when I called DESI for a quote that they were cheaper than a number of other shops I called. i took my PANAMERA in to have a wheel bearing fixed and Sam actually came in just under what he quoted. Exactly what I look for in a repair shop: Honest quoting + quality work + my car was finished on time.

I've had these mechanics fix/troubleshoot different things on my 2005 Mercedes 3 times now. Recently, my E-500 was brought in for overheating. Sure enough, they got us back on the road pretty fast, even had 2 mechanics under the hood working to complete it timely. What really has me writing a review though, is my Benz hasn't had a working rear door lock for a year and these folk saw it, fixed it, didn't even charge me for it! I never even mentioned my lock wasn't working to them either! Now, I have working door lock!! Thanks Sam, only you get my business!
