I called Desi because my Lexus was shaking. Sam wasn't sure what it'll be so he advised me to call AAA tow it in. Am I lucky I did! Come to find out Mr. Tires Auto Service Center had not tightened the bolts to a new tires i bought and I was driving on only two bolts. He was an actual life saver! Sam didn't charge me for bolts and they checked out the rest of the car. I'm fortunate!

It has been about two years now. Working with Shawn on lots of Land Rover-Discovery issues (major & minor) Top notch, the best I could ever expect from a business person. He takes pride, provides friendly service, and even does not mind the "annoying" issues and fixing them for me and my family. If you have a European/German vehicle that needs any service, just email him or call. He'll figure something out and a fair price vs. other shops. Compare yourself.

I took my 2008 BMW M5 in for a Pre-Purchase Inspection Andrew looked under the car on the lift and Inspected All Components and even clean up some of the oil I spilled and Top me off with Oil !

I was visiting NJ when my Acura broke down. Called up these guys, they replaced the water pump and tensioner pulleys. Dropped my car off at 10am (they even dropped me off at the mall :) parts were delivered within 2 hours and I was on my way home by 5! With 2yrs/24K miles warranted work, they are fast, honest and reliable.

New life long customer I have gone here for both a critical wheel bearing replacement and Electrical malfunction issue. Both experiences have been great. As a woman I always feel intimidated going into repair shops and feeling like I'm going to get ripped off. Definitely not at Desi Auto Care. Emily at the front desk is very pleasant. Best prices for repair needs. Definitely recommend and will continue to go back to them for servicing my '08 Jaguar XJ.

I tried replacing the bulbs by myself but it did not stop the warning light from coming on, so he ordered the socket assembly to fix it, and didn't bill for the labor. When he went to ring me up he even said that the socket assembly comes with bulbs, so I am giving you discount for the price of the socket assembly by the 2 bulbs. Which I wouldn't have known that and it's not like 2 bulbs are a lot of money, but it's the honesty which is priceless. Desi Auto Care played a key role in my 2014 Mercedes E-class purchase in August.

I’m a former military man having strong moral principles in all aspects of life. Shawn is the perfect example of these values. My dealer began with the starter, then with some wires, and finally having to call in the BMW engineers (the folks who build BMWs) they run test after test, and after three weeks mechanic told me that they need to drop the transmission and pull the flywheel. It was going to total to over $6k in parts+labor, which I was willing to pay as long as they guaranteed that it would fix the issue.I asked for the car back and took it to Sean (based on referral from my ex) Sean found a ground problem on three bolts of the transmission within 1.5 HOUR! While I was in waiting room. His experience with BMWs is exemplary for all shops and ENGINEERS to follow. He is very unique guy, which he works on your as if it were his own! He is also very understanding and works with you on fair prices. I ended getting work done to transmission axle, the transmission grounding issue and the shocks on the hood, and only paid $490!!! Huge difference from $6000.
