How do I explain? Desi Auto Care has kept my 2006 Mercedes Benz SL-500 running great. His prices are LOW considering that Mercedes are expensive to maintain and repair. I have been going here for the last 30 months. The service has remained top quality because Shawn used to be a top Mercedes mechanic at dealership for so many years. In addition to the repair job of active body control system which was leaking fluid from many areas, including the tandem pump, hydraulic lines, struts, seals (cause damage to the undercarriage) I have had many repairs including windshield replacement, broken mirror, and Blower motor replacement. Each time the repairs were completed on time and the communication was informative. When my car is ready they always call me and doesn't make me wait to go pick it up. Recommended

First time to Desi Auto Care yesterday. Very impressed and they did a good job in taking care of a very bad fluid leak and serious gas smell in cabin on my 2012 Acura RDX. Good people to do business with.

This weekend I drove a convertible then I ran it out of gas. The following day, after fueling it, it died on me. I found Desi Auto Care near my office in Stratford and let me tell you Shawn fixed the root cause of problems and saved me money. He is flexible and accommodating with your schedule. Plus does not try to create problems where they don't exists. I'd trust him with my lovely BMW.

He took a flashlight, examined my brakes and showed me exactly what was happening with my brakes. Jessica gave me a price, and when I came back, my keys were ready before I walked in the door. Strange happenings while travelling on Route 561 - engine seems to cut off for a seconds, headlight will dim/bright, and vipers starts by themselves....feels like a Halloween inside of my Volkswagen! My regular shop is 85 miles away. Luckily I found Desi Auto Care who was able to fit me into their schedule. Andrew is knowledgeable, hardworking, and extremely thorough. The quality of work is beyond expectation. This is 6 bays, 6 mechanics shop. Be prepared for them to be busy. The advantage is that you know exactly who is going to be working on your car.

Desi Auto care came in $64 UNDER the estimate, got me right in (with an appointment) and took only 2.5 hours to fix my BMW. Amazingly fast and friendly. Saved my life in a bad situation. I'm from out of town-Absecon and they made it so I could get home without having to be stuck here in weekend.

I own a 1996 BMW and a 2006 Mini Cooper S - Desi Auto Care always figures out what the trouble is and he always start with the less expensive solution. Their work is equal to the big guys.

He was honest and gave technical opinions without pressurizing me. This is a **GREAT** choice if you want a detailed evaluation of your JAGUAR. Estimates for repair costs sounded very reasonable.
