Shop was busy although they did replace alternator within a timely manner on my Mini Cooper. I have found my new auto repair shop. Sam does value my business. Shawn was respectful and polite.

We had a leak in power steering. Chris at Desi Auto Care took 2.5 hours to repair it. It's been 4 weeks and I haven't had any issues at all with the steering losing fluid. The shop bays are super clean. We plan to use them again.

The main attraction of Desi is free snacks, coffee, soda. You get to relax when your car is being taken care of. Rachael is an awesome lady, she treats everyone with joy and respect, great customer service even after business hours, she also helps to drop your car keys in the box. This garage has both, technical expertise and customer satisfaction.

My BMW was giving me a hard time for a while now, didn't know what it was. I went to the dealership and they charged me more than $1k!!!, didn't sound fair. On another day I was passing by white horse pike, saw a couple of beamers in DESI's garage, thought of giving it a shot. It was some muffler issue, but Shawn did a fantastic job, it cost me way less, $250 than the dealership. DESI got another forever customer!!!

Last week my car wouldn't start and I thought it was due to a bad starter. I looked online for auto repair shops and I saw that Desi Auto Care had good reviews so I decided to give them a try. I called to schedule an appointment and they also provided me with the number of the towing company they work with. The next day, I received a call from them and was informed that it was actually my battery that needed to be replaced, not my starter. I was given a total of how much it would cost to replace the battery and was surprised that it was cheaper than I expected.

I took my Mercedes Benz for check engine light due to an engine misfire. Andrew has done a super fine job. Saved me a bundle. Front desk Leslie was very friendly and offered me a ride to the train station. Next week my 2nd car is coming here for transmission work. Good people to do business with.

They're always busy, so I got my appointment week in advance. My BMW electrical issue was mis-diagnosed by Mount Laurel dealer. Shawn fully investigated and found burned wire underneath. It was very cost effective fix. Dealer held my car for 9 days. Shawn fixed it same day!! All work done with 2Years/24K miles warranty including parts & labor. Plus+ lots of free refreshments in waiting room.
