I won't go into details on what was repaired on my car, but I will say that the error messages and SES lights that I had a issues with on my dashboard are no longer showing up and car drives and brakes smoothly again. He found what was triggering the message and found a couple lean codes.

Took my car in for an oil and spark plug change and not only was the quote very reasonable, Andrew installed door lock parts! I had brought along and topped off the fluids for free! He finished the service on the time and the interior was neat and clean. Plus so many free snacks and drinks to choose from in the waiting room. He showed me the old spark plugs as proof that the work was actually completed. I'm a first time customer and was not present when they did the work, so it helped to alleviate any concerns.

Called in for a coolant leak- my first time here. Tall Mechanic- Chris quickly diagnosed a faulty radiator pipe - showed me where the leaks were coming from - and Jessica me an extremely fair price (lower than RepairPais minimum estimate). Picked up my Acura RLX on Wednesday and was shown the busted parts. Exceeded all of my expectations as a 1st time customer.

Mon I was driving around with no AC and I needed it recharged ASAP. I called in the afternoon thinking it was doubtful they'd have time for me but they told me to come in. Hallelujah! Sean is a happy-go-lucky guy who knows his Volkswagens and runs a great operation with professional service. He will fix whatever you brought your VW in for and suggest other needed repairs without pressure. " We'll fix it next time you come in, " he says, " No need to do it all in one day." Okay:) DESI - is where I'm bringing my VW from now on.
