Great experience, very helpful, they took good care of my 2002 MINI problems. Easy to access as well because they're near the PATCO Hi Speed line, so I can drop off and take train back into Center City and vice versa to pick up, very efficient.

I limped into Stratford, after having some warranty work done at dealership. My splash shield wasn’t re-attached correctly and I was flapping all the way with other drivers rubber-necking and point to my under-carriage. They think I did not know… anyway, one mechanic quickly got under my car and removed the flash shield, allowing me to travel without the flip-flapping. Sam wouldn’t accept any money! I found my new auto service shop.

For the MINI Cooper fuel leak, I needed a new fuel pump and sender unit, which they replaced in about 2 hrs, which normally is a 5 hr job for many shops. I saved lots of money on labor because he was willing to clean gasoline that leaked into my cabin, diagnose and fix a dead bulb, check/fill all fluids, and re-set my warning sign all for FREE because I was a student and tight with money. Desi Auto Care is a Godsend, and They don’t try to screw you on the parts.

Bright Bulbs My 2012 MINI JCW had a headlamp bulb malfunction, I checked out shops in my area (Philadelphia), and all of them tried to convince me that to get a new bulb assembly which would itself be $1K job with parts and labor because they said an assembly would need to be changed out because it always goes bad. This was a total lie. Shawn was the only mechanic was willing to do ONLY what I needed, which was to get the bulb swapped out. He upgraded the bulbs with more powerful ones so they're brighter and better, and they are awesome now.

They use all original parts and fixed my brakes for cheaper than the dealer would. Anthony took the time to diagnose MINI and tell me what was going on.

Anthony was nice to deal with and knowledgeable about my MINI R53. We just went for loose timing chain issue and a few other normal maintenance items but we will be back if we need anything else. It's not easy to find professional, reliable MINI repair technician in South Jersey.

Had the opportunity to have them… Had the opportunity to have them service my 2008 Volvo XC70 and they did a full service, checked every last inch of the car and even corrected a issue I had “fixed” by previous shop in Philadelphia. Desi Auto Care took customer service to whole new level and they are definitely professionals with Swedish cars.

High quality Mercedes Benz workmanship. Sean and Sam are professional and friendly. Nothing but original MB parts used in the repair. They will go the extra mile to guarantee the best quality work (2 years warranty!!) he will even send you a tow truck if needed. Definitely recommend! P.S. The waiting room is by far one of the cleanest and nicest I've seen! (Filled with all kinds of free refreshments)
