Jessica accommodated my schedule and Sean did a very thorough job. He emailed the results, went through everything carefully with me on the phone and spent a lot of time. He was honest and gave technical opinions without pressurizing me. This is a **GREAT** choice if you want a detailed evaluation of your JAGUAR. Estimates for repair costs sounded very reasonable.

I took my Volkswagen Passat to DESI back at the end of JAN with a check engine light on. They diagnose the code and re-set the light and let me go without paying any money. Also thanks for the free soda and snacks. I sure will be back. Recommended

Honesty is still alive I left my wallet with ID card, debit cards and at least $200 cash on the waiting room chair. Sam called me and returned it without anything missing. His price for Mini-Cooper repair is UNBEATABLE. Will return next week for steering work.

My car shook when I applied the brakes at high speeds. I came in at 8:25am I was out by 10am. My front rotors where replaced. i tested the car on the NJ Turnpike, the problem is fixed. quality of service is reflected in the correction of the problem. My old mechanic had struggled to diagnose this issue. Desi has too much business for its size.

Although I did not have repairs done I did bring in a car to have it gone over prior to purchasing from a used car dealer. Andrew thoroughly checked out the car and then went over with me not only the small things he found but also used his vast BMW-knowledge to show me things to watch for in the future. Shop is clean by the amount of cars in for service.
