Took my 2008 Mini Clubman on Monday and Anthony did an excellent job here. He thoroughly goes over your MINI and gives honest recommendations as opposed to a dealership. Anyone who’s has a Mini/BMW should visit this shop the next time service is due or any repair needed.

Sam uses emails to respond to questions, he sends photos of the parts that were installed and the parts removed. He went above and beyond by swapping out my battery free of charge, PepBoys would have charged $135 and would be a two-hour wait. They know German cars and they do it right unlike other shops that tend to rush the repair through half-assing it. They care about your experience. – AUDI A4 Allroad

First Time - always done right I bring my 2013 Porsche Cayenne to them for all maintenance and repairs. With a 6 year old car, I have had a lot of little things go wrong. The first repair I had with them, Drew actually took me into the garage and showed me the parts that he removed, what was wrong with them, how they fir together. Drew made me know that he wasn't pulling one over on me and cared that I understand the job that was done. He has been honest, fair priced and most of all, I have not had to go back for anything twice. Drew is great and I 100% recommend them.

I have been coming here since 2017, when a professor of mine used to live in Stratford and took his Audi to Desi Auto Care all the time. Wow! What a great referral my professor gave me. Sean does great job at a good price. Period! I have had everything from recharging a battery and adding Freon, to brakes job, shocks/struts, alternator, belts, tune-up, and radiator job. He keeps my 2014 Audi Q5 running well. And when I think there is some issue, and there is not, Sean tells me there is nothing wrong, and does not " fix" something that does not need it. Recommended

I was in from out of town and needed my INFINITI (Q40) Exhaust pipe replaced. Desi got me in quickly and had me out the same day, in just a few hours really. Highly recommend.

My nephew recommended this shop to me and I'm glad that he did. Had a great experience when I went there last week to get my 2012 Mini Cooper serviced.

I needed shocks in addition to the Exhaust leak repair. Shawn showed me my '10 BMW 650i where my current shocks were leaking, and why they needed to be replaced. It was great to be show proof of why something needs to be done. I waited until next day, and the shocks were replaced in addition to Exhaust leak job. It was one of the cheapest BMW repairs I've ever had. I was thoroughly pleased with Remi's customer service. Will definitely be bringing my BMW and Benz here in the future...

Best auto repair shop in my area!! Sean doesn't try to rip you off like 99% of mechanics. It's honestly weird leaving any auto shop thinking "that was a pleasant repair experience" but his shop managed to achieve that. Sean is extremely professional and efficient with service and the most comfortable, clean waiting room I've ever encountered at a repair shop. My vehicle deserves the best care! Thank you sean for replacing breaks and oil separator on my VW, I will be coming back!

I just bought a used '12 Land Rover Evoque and wanted to get it inspected for any exhaust leaks and other repairs. I should've done it prior to buying but I fell in love with as soon as I saw this vehicle. My friend referred me to Desi Auto Care and I was impressed. Shawn gave me the low down on what to expect about it. He is very knowledgeable and was really showing his passion for LR's with details I didn't know before. You can be sure I'll be coming back to here when needs some TLC. Time tell if they do live up to their reputation, so far, I'm impressed
