This shop is an A++ and so is sam. Brought my car after getting a very high estimate from a Cherry Hill dealer to replace shocks, oil filter gasket and nonworking xenon headlight. Sam's price was less than half and he did additional work to boot. He provided a good estimate, explained the repairs and even drove me to the PATCO train station. The car was repaired next evening. No brainer I'll be back for sure!

Master of MINIs - So far, so good. My car is there at the moment. My experience here has been 10X better than any other auto shop thus far and the work hasn't even been completed. Shawn is a very nice, easy going and Master of MINIs. My MINI with 97K miles on mthe clokc needed some love and my MINI being sick of the attitude issues and cost of the dealership make me found this great (Desi Auto Care) shop. There's something inherently good about an auto shop that has 2years/24K miles warranty including parts and labor.

The only shop I will have my MINI CLUBMAN serviced. I like to support local businesses, as a young woman, I feel pretty safe that I'm not being overcharged. Heck, I dropped more there than I would like to disclose, but that is what you get for having a MINI. Shaun and his crew do their best to only do the necessary and what we agree on. They are always able to accommodate me and have work completed as they promised time-wise and their estimates are accurate. I'm a long time customer, occasionally when I need them to just "check" they do so with NO charge. As mentioned, being right by PATCO Railway Station is a great plus for a convenient drop off and pick up. Recommended

Driving to Voorhees Township office my '11 MINI Countryman brakes were making noises with mirror issue. Shawn told me he would call me around noon, if there is any issue with the brakes and if so, would give me an estimate. He did exactly that. I received his call and to my surprise, the brakes were fine. The noise is something that occurs with certain MINIs and the honesty that was displayed was highly appreciated (no further brake issues either) Furthermore, my mirror was cracked from someone punching/hitting it while the car was parked on the street outside my apartment a few nights before. Shawn gave me a fair price and only recommended replacing the glass part, not the whole entire mirror. I have every reason why I would recommend them.

I came here as a referral from Costco Tires Department. Apparently I needed new control arm bushings and a few other things done after a diagnostic. I found Shawn to be genuinely friendly, informative, and most of all someone I could trust with my Range Rover Sport HSE. At any rate, while I spent a little less than I really had hoped on the repairs, I think they did a great, honest job and I will come back here for all my other '10 Rover needs.

I was in the European car business for 26 yrs so I was concerned when my daughter needed major repair on her 2014 MINI PACEMAN. She's in Voorhees NJ and I'm in Texas. This was her first time to make the arrangements for repairs and she made a fantastic choice with Desi Auto care. Sean was gracious enough to answer all of my questions and provided my daughter with excellent MINI-service at an extremely fair price. Listen up New Jersey! Shawn fixed my oil leak in my 2012 MINI COUNTRYMAN. Mount Laurel dealer wanted to charge me $260.00 just to find the leak. Shawn diagnosed and repaired it with very low price! In my opinion he is the best MINI-Mechanic. I also had a hole in my flex pipe, which Shawn replaced. Next week I'm taking my MINI in to replace the control arms and do an alignment. Again and again...I recommend to all MINI owners. Keep it up guys!

These guys are the fantastic! As an owner of a Bimmer, it can be frustrating to find a mechanic who knows his way around these cars that come up with a lot of problems 117k+ miles on. Going to Mount Laurel was "driving me out of my mind" I came up short on oil and although they didn't have an appointment open to change it, they topped me off until an opening the next week so I could drive. The only downside is that they get more business than they can handle, all 6 repair bays are full, meaning it can be 1+ week before you can get into the shop.
