I’m out of warranty so the dealership was out of the question. I had a dance teacher who owns a Mercedes recommend Desi Auto Care. So far they have worked out great. They’re in my neighborhood and the prices are responsible. So far I’ve had my oil changed and the radiator flushed. Next week I’m get the struts/shocks and the back brake light replaced. I already got a quote so I know what to expect.

Currently my MINI Clubman has 83k miles and it has several issues. Strong vibration which affects the acceleration, leaks from the water pump and the thermostat housing, loose timing chain started chain rattling. The car has been in a local MINI Dealership two times for the same issues. They actually made my car worse than before and service advisor refused to let me talk with mechanic who fixed my car. Enough! Don't ask me more. After cyber searching found this MINI specialist shop. Oh my gosh! Shawn was awesome! He listened to everything I asked for and gave me ridiculously low estimate. Plus they have so many great coupon deals on the website. (Don't forget to use them!) I never felt pressured. It's hard to find a knowledgeable, honest mechanic. I find one and I will never let him go. Next Friday I'm bringing my BMW Z4 sDrive28i for Steering column replacement.

2008 Saab 9-3 owner - First time customer. Had a tire wobble and a grinding noise coming from the back end of my Saab. Dropped it off, and later got a call from Sam letting me know that the lug nuts just needed tightening. Such as little thing , I was kicking myself for not checking myself. Picked my car up the next day and they did not charge me a penny. Totally surprised, but great move. Will be bringing my Saab back for any service in future. highly recommended!

Just left and I still have money in the bank account! I had AC issues with no clue what could be wrong and terrified he would say I needed a new compressor. Andrew was honest and said it was just in need of Freon. Affordable price for re-charge, so I did a belt replacement too. He gave me a breakdown on how my Audi A6 is doing and what to keep an eye on. Clean/organized shop. Thanks guys!

Shawn is hands down the best Benz mechanic I've ever had. Prompt, honest, helps prioritize repairs. German cars are expensive to maintain - sometimes the work is costly, sometimes it's next to nothing (because of Shaun) - but he always takes the time to explain what is wrong, obtain my approval on repair or service, and show me what he did (old parts etc.) when I pick up the car.

Was told by foreign repair shop that 4 brakes and pads needed to be replaced, so I was gearing up for an expensive venture to have them all replaced. When I brought my INFI here, Chris told me I only needed my rear brakes replaced and new wipers, and threw in the wipers for free! I told him I was planning to sell my car, and he said, if I needed a referral/professional to sign off on the up-keep that has been done on my car, he would be more than happy to do that for me. I would bring any of my cars here again without hesitation.

Brought in my 2011 528i due to a Drivetrain malfunction error code. I got a warranty when I purchased the car per-owned because BMW is not great in maintenance history. I'm so glad I did! Andrew done diagnostics and found out the issue. He called up the warranty company, reasoned with them, telling them that the repair that needs to be done is legit. Sam did all the leg work, read the terms of my warranty coverage (supposed to be my responsibility) once that was sorted out, he even set me up with a rental car at the warranty company's expense. Sam treated me as a family member that needed help with his car. For sure, they've earned a loyal customer forever.

Shawn and the entire crew/gang/posse are great! He has effectively performed many repairs, replacements, and maintenance for my two cars. He always uses BMW parts and knows his craft! Never made me feel weird or stupid because I am a female (ladies you know what I mean). That kind of great customer service matters to me. The location is great and, if you don't mind little walk, you can visit Indian Supermarket few blocks away. Leave your car for repair and go for exotic food shopping at India Bazaar.

My last maintenance was done in almost 18 months ago, because I left the country for some times. After google search I decide to come to this shop because dealer will cost me crazy amount and scare me because my service is long overdue. then I choose DESI auto care because they have good reputation fixing BMW's. Shawn helped me but and explained everything to me twice with patience. these mechanics are the real deal. Plus, you get 2 years warranty including parts and labor.
