Had the opportunity to have them… Had the opportunity to have them service my 2008 Volvo XC70 and they did a full service, checked every last inch of the car and even corrected a issue I had “fixed” by previous shop in Philadelphia. Desi Auto Care took customer service to whole new level and they are definitely professionals with Swedish cars.

High quality Mercedes Benz workmanship. Sean and Sam are professional and friendly. Nothing but original MB parts used in the repair. They will go the extra mile to guarantee the best quality work (2 years warranty!!) he will even send you a tow truck if needed. Definitely recommend! P.S. The waiting room is by far one of the cleanest and nicest I've seen! (Filled with all kinds of free refreshments)

My car no longer had working A/C. It had been serviced by other mechanic but newly added Freon would be gone within days and I was out some $$$. I took my car to Desi Auto Care for an oil change and a check-up but just mentioned the A/C problem casually. (I almost gave up and didn't want to spend more $$$) Andrew worked a few hours, tearing out a lot of pieces to trace the sources of the leak. No one had ever been willing to do that before! 5 weeks later, my car runs well from excellent service, and I have had A/C continuously!!

I'm glad to have a great repair shop just around my area. Got my suspension and valve cover gasket done for fraction of what dealer asked! Best of all, Sam dropped the car off to my house. Thanks for making a believer of me @Desi Auto Care

Brought my ('12 Roadster) MINI Cooper for oil change spoke with Jessica quoted me a very reasonable price %60 less than what the dealer charges. Shawn's mechanic went the extra mile, fixed a tire TPMS sensor light, replaced missing bolts and reset computer. the little things that go a long way without nickel & dime you to death. they have the special tools and diagnostic/programming computer just for MINIs!! Recommended

Our 2011 Land Rover Evoque has always been serviced by the dealer. Now that it is no longer under warranty, I needed to find alternative. After reading reviews, I took the vehicle to Desi Auto Care for a regualr service. Shawn took the time to thoroughly explain the different services they offer and which maintenance services out vehicle would need in the future. I found his prices very reasonable and will be taking both of my Evoque & Discovery there for all future repairs. Recommended

Since I bought the '08 M-B 350E, we were not aware of everything covered by original warranties. But recently, Chris made sure that I don't pay for an expensive dealer's replacement that was incorporated in a complex repair. It's all fixed, at less cost than others could have charged! In addition to their superior work, good at explaining everything and answering all of my questions.

Shawn is a TOP diagnostic-man and he and his crew can figure out any problem. For instance: My car was plagued by a fuel leakage problem. Fuel would back up the filler neck, seep past the gas cap and run down the side of the car. I took that car to different shops but nobody could find the issue. Then I took it to Shawn, within 25 minutes he found the problem, (defective supply of rollover valves, designed to stop fuel flow if the car is in an accident and ends up on its side or roof, were factory installed) Unfortunately, manufacture never issued a recall. He found the new rollover valve from supplier and installed it and I’ve never had a same problem. (Job was done in Jan-2019)
