HIGHLY recommended. Please read. I took in my LR Discovery that was in terrible shape. I called them up to do a litany of things, included diagnosing an engine sound. When Chris finished, I came to shop and drove away. On my way to home i noticed the same sound there. I went back and drove around with Chris, and he heard the sound as well. It turns out there was a miscommunication from my side what the issue was (I had towed in by AAA). The next day he had fixed the issue (Which was additional 2.5 hours of labor) for no charge. He went above and beyond. Do not hesitate to bring your Rover here.

I brought my old one that was having transmission issues. Highly rated mechanic shop in Pennsauken told me that I would need to change the whole transmission out (Refurbished 5K plus labor) I got a second opinion from Chris who investigated and it was addressed with a $182 repair. He does the job himself which is another reason I like Desi.

Honest and Respectful establishment. From day one when we called to get a quote, they were professional and handled their services well. I had transmission mounts changed my air cond belt. After the repair was performed within four hrs, my car was ready to go. Upon pickup, he had shown me the parts he replaced to give me peace of mind which it did. Fantastic shop if you like to deal with the mechanic one on one.

I have a Volkswagen with a strange vibration that I wanted a second opinion on. Sam was very helpful over the phone + in person, during this shelter-in-place stage we are at now. Desi Auto Care able to give me a diagnosis and didn’t charge me the full hour to diagnose which was cool. They appear to specialize in European of all generations.

Their prices... they are very fair with what others charge and provide a superior quality of Jaguar XF service. I would recommend them to anyone and yes, I’ll be back. Desi spotted a cracked motor mount while changing out the fuel pump...gave me a reasonable quote on the spot and I promised I’d be back to which i will after I save up my pennies for the fix. Chris was patient with answering my endless Audi questions. Very informative guy. It’s no wonder this shop is thriving despite of NJ State Lockdown stay-at-home order.

I had to take my Land Rover HSE in for a leak in the power steering. I was dreading the cost. I texted him, explained the issue and I was told when to bring in - he is busy. He replaced the two hoses to preventing a future problem. Most honest mechanic I ever met. Now plan to bring him a gift.

Came here to get an oil change for the first time, super fast and efficient. Friendly , polite and honest staff. A really nice honest mechanic shop that still exist !
