After bringing my Mercedes Benz CLA-250 into his shop, Chris spent half a day o figure out what was the issue/wrong. Unfortunately, the car was shot and rather than trying to sell me on a huge repair job, he was honest and said it was not worth it unless Mercedes picked up the tab. He felt so bad for me that decided to -undercharge me. I would highly recommend Desi Auto Care to anyone.

My Land Rover Discovery started making a crazy noise. I thought my car was going to break down any minute. Also out of warranty last month before, so I was thinking the worst. I called them and Emily said the soonest they could fix any issue would be a week away, but offered to have me bring it down so they can tell me what the problem likely is and whether or not I should keep driving in the interim. So, I took it down to their place. Chris heard the sound, and began to diagnose it. Less than 10 minutes later, he took out a 3 pebbles from my tire rim! I was so grateful that he was honest and didn't tell me I needed a new engine because, let's face it, no one knows whether a repair shop is telling the truth.

Anthony was absolutely awesome in helping me troubleshoot an issue with my car we were able to create a plan to rectify it as well as address the intake valve deposits on my Mini. Highly recommend and will return the car to them for work in the future.

Repairs to my Volkwagen Passat took longer than expected (due to nasty rusty) He originally quoted me a very fair price for labor to change the starter, and did not charge me extra - - even though the job turned into a lot more work (nightmare of rust) for him. Also, Sam helped me find a reasonably priced starter for my old car and have me few different options.

I started coming here year ago when I bring my old 2008 Jaguar X-type here. Lesile was able to fit my car in really quickly. The day of the appointment she actually took me into the repair bay and Andrew showed me what was going on with the heavy oil leak and explained the problems to me. Andrew also worked with me to create a maintenance schedule. Customer service and quality of work far EXCEEDS any Jaguar dealer.

I went there to replace Crankcase Vent Hose on my SAAB. Technician helping me was Andrew - super friendly. Leslie at the front desk offered me snacks and drinks. Andrew did a great job finding Oil Leaks and replaced the necessary parts (Its hard to find Saab parts, since there no more in business) If anyone owns.Saab, DESI is the place to go. It's their specialty!

Everything as promised, no upselling. If you ask he will show you digital photos of repairs. You get what you pay for. Hi-tech professional service here for my Land Rover. He resolved my complicated electrical issue last week. Just because you drive a late model Land Rover does not mean the parts & service is going to be magically less expensive. Consider buying a Toyota Camry that you can take to Mr. Tire and Monro. Oh! And the cost of real services at Desi Auto Care are very reasonable-Visit and see yourself. Well organized shop I have ever seen.

THANK YOU DESI AUTO!! I had been quoted $8,900 by the Land Rover dealer in Cherry Hill to replace my radiator and fix a reoccurring coolant light issue. I went to Desi Auto and Shane quickly diagnosed and explained my vehicle needs and it WAS NOT the radiator. I had to leave my vehicle over nite and Shane brought me home, only to find out we are actually neighbors. My quote was 1/4 what I was quoted at Land Rover and included new front brakes, fixing my coolant leak and an oil leak. I am forever grateful of the honesty and expertise provided. The service I received from Emily was impeccable and everyone should discover this place. My RR with 51,000 now runs like new. I will NEVER set foot in another Land Rover dealership again for service. This is the place for me and my Rover! Thank you, Shane! Good karma will always come to you!! I will tell everyone about you and will be back if I ever have any issues in the future. You are the definition of GOOD PEOPLE! THANKS SO MUCH!!!
