I had an emergency and my LR Discovery was towed in. Even though it was a harrowing experience having a breakdown at NJ TPK. Sam made the situation very comfortable. Repair was done after two days, solid work at a very fair price. Ask for Sam.!

Last Monday Remi answered my call, I was comfortable and felt I could trust this business to repair my BMW. I was 100% right.

It's my 1st time I took my Land Rover HSE to get routine maintenance outside of the warranty and I didn't want to get ripped off by the dealer. It was easy to schedule and they started working on my LR4 same day. Andrew was great and let me know about everything that was happening with my vehicle and showed me pictures of what they found upon intersection. This is better treatment than I had when I took my LR to the dealer and I didn't feel taken advantage of! I feel great having come to these technicians. Recommended

Diagnoses VW What I really liked was how honest Chris was when he diagnosed my Volkswagen. He didn't try to upcharge me for unnecessary work. I also appreciated how he was so willing to talk to me about the issues of my VW & my future maintenance timeline. Good news - he said it should be good for a few more years - yay!

In May I purchased a gorgeous Euro car that needed some TLC, two dealerships quoted me $1000's to fix it, one of the two said that "the engine needed to be replaced," well at Desi's they said "the engine is good" and they restored my car back into the condition it should be in! This shop is the prime example of an honest and trustworthy business you can count on for your car. Recommended

It was my first experience that really makes me want to leave a review. My Air Cond was having issues. so I took it to Sam assuming that it just needed to be recharged. They let me know that AUDI Q5 often have problems with the evaporator and that this can be a very costly repair. Rather than do anything themselves, he let me know that the repair would likely be covered under my warranty and recommended that I go to the Cherry Hill Dealer (where it would be don for free) He even recommended that I do NOT do the diagnostic test with Dealer, because the dealership would need to redo it and I would be charged twice. Totally honest!

People who don't know European cars, trust this shop. Sean didn't know me from anyone else off the street and has been a wonderful person to deal with taking care of items that most shops would just turn away. Also, he happens to have a great BMW shop that has honest prices and helps you with whatever he can in getting the prices down. Appreciate all the professionalism and integrity, not to mention the expertise on European vehicles and skill. New Jersey's best!

After Turnersville BMW failed to properly diagnose the issue in the beginning. I contacted Desi Auto Care and I'm glad I did! From the outset, I appreciated Sean's forthright communication and how he inspired confidence that they would repair the car. He was direct and the car was repaired on time. They did a thorough work and actually more than what we initially discussed as "it needed to be done" and he honored the original price quote. honesty, I felt more taken care of by this shop then dealer. This is definitely my "go to" place should my car need tweaking in the future.
