I had taken our family AUDI Q5 here before a long road trip from New Jersey to El Paso. I told Shawn "let me know what it needs before I load my family into AUDI and drive for Hundreds of miles". When I got a call back he said "you could use an oil change and in another 10K miles some new front brakes." So he basically had a blank check and could have tacked on a bunch of service that didn't need to be done. But he didn't because that's not how these guys work. Thanks for being honest!!

A dealer had told me that the muffler on my car needed to be replaced. Desi Auto Care performed a review prior to replacing and confirmed that I had a small leak and I did not to need replace anything. They fixed the leak in 45 minutes! It is rare to find and honest and trustworthy repair shop. I will be taking all of my cars to this team of mechanics.

After some issues at the start they really stepped up and did the right thing. Sean is great.

Zero pressure when i go to Shawn. Example dealerships gives you a long laundry list to fix and try getting you to pay top $$$$ to get your BMW running perfectly. Shawn is very honest with telling the condition of your car and what he recommends going forward He display a high level of customer curtsy service. I was in bind and he tells me to drop on in and he will take a look at my 8 year old BMW. If i have questions over the phone he will take his time and answer the question and give me complete explanations with no hesitation. He will get your car running right.

Took my 2015 BMW M5 in as the air was blowing HOT! Emily gave us a friendly greeting, wrote us up and had us out in no time. Couple hours later he called with the diagnosis, repair plan and costs. We picked the BMW 3 hours later, air conditioning working ICE COLD! No sticker shock or BS and even was given a $30 discount for being a first time customer!

When my 2012 Land Rover L4 HSE developed and engine leak that cost a crazy amount of money to repair. Sean (our go-to guy at Desi Auto Care) helped me understand the issue and decide whether or not to make the needed repairs (I didn't). I was never been pressured and it has become obvious that his business approach is to develop long term customer relationships rather than turn a short term profit. He has earned my trust and respect. This shop is run with integrity as well as Land Rover expertise.

I had an unlucky encounter with some sharp metal object on the NJ Turnpike. I know my spare tire was properly inflated when I needed it. The fact the Sam and the crew there took the extra time to make sure my Porsche 911 was properly prepared prevented a small issue from becoming a bigger problem. I thoroughly enjoy having the peace of mind that my Porsche is properly serviced when I take it in. Great job guys. I'll be back for sure. Recommended

I took my Audi Q5 in for the first time, Shawn genuinely seems to care about you and your Audi's issue(s). It's been years since I've had an auto repair like that. Great find!

In Aug, Shawn called with a quote to repair exhaust system in my BMW 640i x Drive and also to say he found a nail in the tire and that he will fixing it at no charge. Wow - awesome! I would most likely have had a flat and been stranded somewhere. When i get quotes I was shocked - not at the high prices, but at the "oh wow, that's not as bad as I was expecting" results. They're quick and do good work and they have a free refreshments and 2 years warranty on everything they do.
