I was price shopping quotes for replacing my A-6 AUDI's thermostat. Emily gave me the lowest!!! The service was surprised, great-friendly, easy and fast! I got my car back on the same day and the new thermostat is so far so good. Their garage and parking lot is always packed. They seemed busy so I am really grateful they got it done so quickly !

After being quoted $9,240 for a repair at Mercedes Benz-Phila, i went to Desi Auto Care on a referral from my doctor friend. Sam completed my repairs for just over $1,600. What a difference!! When I have had expensive repairs, the technician went over what absolutely needed to be done VS what could wait a short time. I will not trust anyone else to work on my Benz & Lexus.

Went to get my Oil Change, Filter Replaced plus Alignment for my Jaguar F-Type S Convertible. Shawn was awesome! I paid way less then what I've been normally charged at Jaguar dealership. After a week when I was going to airport, all of a sudden my window doesn't want to roll up. So I went to Shawn and he fixed it for FREE!! I noticed my Coolant light was showing and he fixed the problem without an issue (Something that dealership had supposedly fixed). The pick-up and drop-off service was awesome too.

I'm so very thankful to have found (Desi) BMW-Technicians that actually truly take care of their customers. I had similar mechanics when I lived in Texas and thought I would not find the same customer service for my Bimmer, but I did. Yippie!!! Reasonably priced and tell me upfront what they are doing before proceeding. 2 yrs warranty on all jobs!!

Desi Auto Care was a life saver for my family's 2012 Audi & 2009 Land Rover more than once. We always had any used car we were considering purchasing checked out by Shawn.....well worth it. Their specialty was doing diagnostics on an issue. They always treated the car as if it were their own. The best was having safety checks done before any long road trips. We still send our kids and their European cars to them and know they will be treated fairly and not get ripped off. Thaks guys...!

I picked up my 328 xi today. Had work done that was recomended by bmw...... such as gaskets, steering issues, struts etc. Even after I ran down the list with these guys at Desi , they, made sure to inform me that not everything had to be done right now , even though I decided I would prefer to have everything done. In other words, I gave them the list and instead of going for the big sale , they were straight up and honest and told me things could be done a little at a time and not everything was a need to do right now type of situation . Now my BMW also Rides so much better. These guys are top notch. Honesty shows in their ratings. Recently had my car inspected somewhere else b4 i found these guys. The place where I had it inspected, when they removed the old sticker, they left the old glue there and from the old sticker and put the sticker in a different position on my windshield. The guys at Desi Auto, went as far as to scrape off and clean the inside of my windshield way down in the corner get the old glue off. ( i did not even think about it) small things like this stand out to me. Just proving their sense of attention to detail. I have a small heating and air conditioning business. They work the way I do. Go above and beyond. No one else will ever touch my car. I plan on even taken my charger to these guys. And any other vehicle that I get in the future. Not to mention, they beat the prices at BMW. And I didn't have to give up on the quality of workmanship and again definitely didn't have to give up on the quality of customer service, from the first moment I pulled into their lot, to the time I picked up my car. Thank you guys!! Brought my '10 Volkswagen Routan sel because it wasn't passing emission inspection - took it to 3 different shops and they insisted I needed a new catalytic convertor - it needed to run through some cycles in order to get the sensors running. Sam saved me so much money! If you're looking for an honest and fast shop - don't delay this is yours German shop.

It's easy to get appointments online. Sam always responds back quickly and has taken great care of both my Jaguar & Saab few years. Prices are much cheaper than a dealership.
