I left my car here for a week while on a trip to get it gone over with a fine tooth comb as it was stalling out in drive, the AC had no air flow plus the transmission was slipping a bit from 1st into 2nd gear and it needed some of the freeze plugs in the block replaced. The AC fan replaced so it was blowing volume and other issues fixed very well. Five Star!!

Where do you go when you have an issue with your BMW? Google Map directed me to this great shop.I had some kind of oil leaking. Daily so many dripping underneath but I can smell oil burning.Appeared to be a problem with the valve cover gasket. After one visit to Sean and problem resolved. Hard to believe BMW-mechanic like this still exists. He really cares about every customer. No matter how busy he is, he always comes up with the best solution.

I found Desi on Google!, after becoming frustrated with my longtime Mercedes mechanic in Voorhees. They've been great so far. Honest and reliable. I have to say, I've yet to be disapoointed. My service B was half of the price of Cherry Hill dealer.

This is simply the best indie BMW shop in Philadelphia suburb. Sean has a BMW-quality that I admire. He absolutely refuses to speculate on what the problem might be until he looks at the car. BMWs (Something Always Broken/issues) are over-engineered and complicated. with my two older, high mileage BMWs, he has been willing to work with me on aftermarket, rebuilt or used parts. Paying for BMW repairs sucks but they make it a lot less painful with great prices!!

Brought my '09 Land Rover LR3 for a checkup and as usual these mechanics are the best thing to happen to Rover's since their creation. Sean, Andrew, Chris, Anthony are great folks and tell it how it is, without it costing an arm and a leg. Thanks Friends!

Sean professionally gave me a quote on my repair, and he was both extensively knowledgeable and cool. I really appreciated him explaining the details and implications of the service needed. I needed a new water pump, thermostat, and oil filter housing. Ofcourse I approve the work!

Lately the clutch on my MINI Hatchback had started slipping in high gears so I knew I’d need to get it replaced earliest. I called and Remi gave me an estimate and said she’d have the parts next morning. I dropped off my car the next morning and had it back by 6pm! I’m very happy with the job, Chris took me inside the bay and shows me the old clutch and cylinder and showed that I was very close to the rivets. Chris was able to re-use the flywheel so the total cost was LESS than I was willing to pay.

After I fell victim of street parking in Philadelphia (a broken BMW mirror) I got a quote from an auto body shop already, and then headed to Andrew. He beat the price despite the fact that he had not factored in more expensive elements of my mirror (heated, lights, etc.) In the interim, he also popped the mirror back into place so that I wouldn't have to keep driving with rubber bands on it (auto body shop didn't recognize this option) The work was done and he kindly adjusted my tire pressure and swapped out a windshield wiper that was coming apart. The location is also perfect if you live around Philadelphia - very easy access from the city.

Been happy ever since. While my Audi A4 was under Andrew's care I asked him to check some other issues and the clutch since it's been bugging me that the biting point was really high. He found that it was almost worn out, to the point of almost slipping. He got me a new one with a conversion kit. I appreciate his job.
