After they've looked over my'14 Porsche Cayman, the mechanic will bring me over and point out the problems that need to be fixed. When I got my vehicle back, I was reminded of what was fixed. Then I have the option to test drive it and see if those problems have been resolved. I recommend Desi Auto Care.

Simply out... I would not take my Mercedes anywhere else! I have 2011 R350 that had some problems for a while with tuning, leaks, frames, etc...Desi Auto Care crew was able to fix the Benz completely. I now take it in even for oil changes...if you like dealer quality work for a less money, try Desi.... Good MB-technicians!

Andrew and the crew cared for my Jaguar XF for the past four years. They are professional guys who are passionate about cars, especially Jaguars. Over the years, they addressed everything from standard wear (oil changes, bushing, tires, hoses,etc...) to more quirky problems (dash display, seat motor, etc...) Morning I see a pool of coolant all over my driveway and had to call my co-worker for a ride to work at my Cherry Hill office. Desi Auto team were great , they replaced leaking coolant pipe of my Mercedes Benz S430. Drew did the job carefully and competently, and got to me back on the road quickly! What a great shop!

I've taken my '14 Mercedes Benz E350 to Desi Auto Care since the manufacturer's warranty expired. The latest visit that prompted me to write a review was when I took my Benz in for some issues Andrew had mentioned I needed "soon, but not urgent". I had a quote, so I finally made the appointment and was ready to spend the money. Instead, I got a call from Katelyn letting me know the previous diagnosis was due to some old buil up that was on the water pump, and once they detail cleaned it up, the work did NOT actually need to be done! Talk about honestly. Andrew also found a problem that had just started in the engine, and adviced me to check with the dealer since this particular problem is under an extended warranty. Sure enough, I'm getting that problem fixed at the dealer for free,all thanks to Andrew being awesome!!!

BMW are expensive cars to own...but oh so lovely and fun to drive.Well, Desi Auto Care allows me to keep my E46 running... no purring. Without them, I would had to sell my car a long time ago. Chris "always" tell me what he is going to do, what he found and what he suggests. Then he tells me how to prioritize these repairs so that I can figure out how best to spend my dollars. I've NEVER fell scammed or lied to. That's worth the drive from Ocean city. Service is always excellent. Prompt and on time . LOVE IT!

I live about 45 minutes away minutes away and this is the only place I will take my car. Simply because they are trust worthy. They are not going perform a services that you don't need. Twice the repair was minor that they did even charge me. Recently, they did some work on a car that my daughter will start driving. The car had 167K miles on it and needed alot of work. Two days after getting the car back the ABS and road handling lights came on. I took the car back. They analyzed the problem and fixed it no question asked and without any extra charge. it turned out that the new sensor that was installed was faulty. I have always been happy and satisfied with there service especially because I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of.

Andrew fit my Jaguar V8 in when it started making a grinding noise- it turned out I needed a new fuel pump. He always treats me (and my family I've suggested bring their cars to him) with professionalism and respect. He's never talked down to me because I'm not car savvy. Yes, he's busy and he can't always take your vehicle immediately, so make an appointment, you won't be disappointed with the quality of the work.
