These BMW technicians show a high degree of skilled professionals. Sean is exceptionally courteous, polite, he does not BS, and he will set expectations early and deliver on it before time. Currently he is helping me out, because I was in a tough spot, and as like last time I walked away with gratitude. Good business, and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I took my car in mainly because I needed to register it in the state of New Jersey, and the check engine light was on, and I needed to get that off so it would pass emissions inspection. They're closed on Sundays but there's a contact/message on their website saying Ask anything and they'll reply ASAP. Also lots of coupons in "Special" webpage. To find an auto shop which is highly praised on a review site is a rare thing indeed! They did a great job!

One very hot-humid day the trunk door would not open. I called the shop and Leslie asked me to just bring in car for checkup and all was done at a very reasonable cost by 3:30pm. It was hassle free! Taking my car for full service to them again cuz I’m very happy with superfast service.

We brought my boyfriend's car in explaining the stiff steering problem that was falsely diagnosed by shop in Philadelphia and Shawn went above and beyond to find the real issue of, fix it and address any other concerns he had. The price of parts-labor will not break the bank either. The communication was friendly, fast and I will recommend this place. The only day we got off from work is Sunday and unfortunately they're closed on Sundays, but no complaints.

Andrew saved me $1,300 on a brakes job I didn't need to get. So I gave him a $20 tip, he refused! An honest and reliable European shop is so hard to find. I stamp my "Trust seal"!

My last maintenance was done in almost 18 months ago, because I left the country for some times. After google search I decide to come to this shop because dealer will cost me crazy amount and scare me because my service is long overdue. then I choose DESI auto care because they have good reputation fixing BMW's. Shawn helped me but and explained everything to me twice with patience. these mechanics are the real deal. Plus, you get 2 years warranty including parts and labor.

Shawn and the entire crew/gang/posse are great! He has effectively performed many repairs, replacements, and maintenance for my two cars. He always uses BMW parts and knows his craft! Never made me feel weird or stupid because I am a female (ladies you know what I mean). That kind of great customer service matters to me. The location is great and, if you don't mind little walk, you can visit Indian Supermarket few blocks away. Leave your car for repair and go for exotic food shopping at India Bazaar.

This shop is an A++ and so is sam. Brought my car after getting a very high estimate from a Cherry Hill dealer to replace shocks, oil filter gasket and nonworking xenon headlight. Sam's price was less than half and he did additional work to boot. He provided a good estimate, explained the repairs and even drove me to the PATCO train station. The car was repaired next evening. No brainer I'll be back for sure!

These guys are the fantastic! As an owner of a Bimmer, it can be frustrating to find a mechanic who knows his way around these cars that come up with a lot of problems 117k+ miles on. Going to Mount Laurel was "driving me out of my mind" I came up short on oil and although they didn't have an appointment open to change it, they topped me off until an opening the next week so I could drive. The only downside is that they get more business than they can handle, all 6 repair bays are full, meaning it can be 1+ week before you can get into the shop.

When my family head back to Atlantic City... they drop by the shop and Chris will check the car out to make sure they are safe. We owned cars with over 183,000 miles on them because he kept them serviced and repaired; when I purchased used BMW he helped us make the decision on the model and year.
