I’ve been coming to Desi Auto Care for many years. There can be a wait in terms of getting your car serviced but it’s because they are always booked up far in advanced. This speaks to the quality of their work. Special shoutout to Sam for his genuine and professional customer service whenever I go there.

Took my car in for an oil leak and they found a host of other problems that I was unaware of got everything fix and got my car back in perfect condition. Great communication and great service I will be returning if need be!!

When tech explained about the new BMW battery and the near dead alternator. Tech said that he was not sure he could complete same same fax ( it was Monday) but that he’d try his best and call me soonest. Around 11am he called and said they received the needed parts and I can pick up before 6pm my bmw will be ready. When got there are everything was completed! It was fair amount (alternator , belt , labor tax, etc.) Now my Bimmer is driving great. No complaints!

I went to Desi to have a problem with my Audi's emission system repaired. I was quoted over $640 at another shop to fix the problem. Not only did Desi fix my car same day, but they charged $225 less. I definitely will be returning.

My 2011 Mini Cooper Clubman clutch burned out. Josh and his mechanics went above and beyond to get my car back to me. 5 stars. They are now my go to for my Mini!

My Mercedes ML350 has an issue and I took it to these techs and they took care of it and got it passed at fair prices. They also solved an Engine issue that two local dealers were not able to re-solve for months; I had a rare issue with the Benz not starting some days and the engine RPMS dropping off suddenly. Dead fixed both issues. The engine now smooth without the RPMS dropping. I will be doing business with them in the future.

I was having a power steering issue with my MINI Cooper - they diagnosed the root cause and did a great work fixing it - the staff is friendly, the service was professional. Happy that I was recommended here by PhillyMINI Club member!
