Brought in my 15 bmw in for maintenance and a one major repair. I had heard that desi auto care was an honest shop with professional service and the referral was so much right! Mechanic clearly explained details what needed to be work on while informing me what is necessary and what i could leave until my next service. Thanks :)

Not only did they get my favorite Mercedes back on the road on time before my long trip, they saved me from having to by a new Benz . which i already thought was inevitable - and allowed me to put that saved money to better use for my family. Got timing belt and water pump replaced on my Volkswagen at 125k miles, and electrical issue (some kind burning smell) was cured by Desi. I've interacted with Sam and Josh (and one other person I don't know the name of) and each time I called or came in with my Jetta, they were friendly and honest with me. They're patient and answer all mine questions about basic car/maintenance/oil/wheel/brake stuff. They never tried to upsell me, which is good.

Had to get a few things fixed on my Porsche and had emailed in last Monday, got a phone call back in 45 minutes to discuss and schedule an appointment, which immediately made me feel confident in my decision to go with Desi Auto care! 3 hours after drop off Dylan called to discuss what needed to be repaired, went over the parts and related costs before moving forward with it, told me that it would be ready for pick up next day at 2:30pm which it was! Desi Auto Care is very helpful, I tried to install a starter in my BMW and like most home/self-repairs go "I did it wrongly". I took my Bimmer here knowing there was a brake fluid leak and hoping mechanic could fix my starter problem as well. He not only fixed the brake leak but fixed and showed me what I did wrong during installing starter by myself. They are very affordable as well...!
