Front ball joints sway bars, few front end parts have been replaced and I'm happy with everything. I recommend.

My Subaru Outback started to overheat. I had it towed here since it was close to my job. Was up front about the cost of fixing it. Repair done the following day. I would recommend this shop to anyone who has a Subaru that needs to get fixed. I will be going back to them for any other issues that come up.

I normally go to shop in Marlton to get repair done. But he was busy and I needed my spark plugs changed urgently, so I called up DESI to see if they could change my plugs. Emily was nice enough to squeeze me in for spark plugs. When I went there I was told it would take 30 minutes to change spark plugs. They just wanted me to wait in office until the engine to cool down which is understandable. He got me as s new customer and he's getting a good review. If you need service on your BMW or Mercedes Benz go to DESI.

I have a Subaru Forester and I've called these folks when I needed any service. I brought it in for a repair and Sean was honest enough to tell me the repair is still under warranty and have Subaru fix it. After I brought it to Subaru, they fixed the repair and told me it needed more repair that was not under warranty. Brought it back here at Desi and they showed me why the repair is not needed. If you're not coming here for your Subaru non warranted repairs, then you should. Even if you think your warranty will not cover it, bring it here, Sean tell you if it is. The shop bays are clean and waiting area full with refreshments.

Every time I have to take my car in, everyone...from the time I make my appointment to the when pick up my car...everyone is always so nice. The manager is always so helpful, talks to me about what's happening with. my car, why things are the way they are, why it needs to be replaced and when, etc. I drive a half hour to get to Desi, and it's totally worth thee trip!!

I'm a regular customer, by now Andrew figured out that I was capable of doing the Volkswagen Jetta-repair on my own and simply encouraged me to work through my problem on my own which led me to saving hundreds of green bucks. You don't find that sort of things in the mechanic world and with that in addition to their great customer service, these guys win. May I add that the esthetics of the shop is genius!
