We found Desi Auto Care online after Princeton-Mercedes failed to fix my car (or failed to properly diagnose the issue in the beginning) I contacted Desi and I’m glad I did! From the outset, I appreciated Sam’s forthright conversation that they would repair the car. He was direct and the car was repaired in the next day. His folks did a thorough job and actually more than what we initially discussed as “it needed to be done” and he honored the original price quote. Honestly, I felt more taken care of by this business then the fancy Princeton-dealer. This is definitely my “go to” place should my car need tweaking in the future.

Shop Manager is helpful diagnosing my XC90 and consultative as to what's the best course of action for the clients, not necessarily what made him the most money - that's the sign of a good businessman looking for a long term relationship with clients in my opinion. Very knowledgeable about Volvo's. I'm feeling good about finding this shop.

Difficult issues with my Audi Q5 and he did hours of research and reached out to others in the industry to get feedback. Together developed a strategy/timeline of the issues and yesterday it was done and it was success!!! It is rare to find an Audi shop that is willing to take the time to work with you, listen to you and really do all they can for the best outcome.

Generally, when you visit a shop that's considered a "specialist", there's a ton of ego, bullshit, and a high price tag for services. it's very rare that you'll find a fair shop that is also specialized in its expertise. Desi has repaired two of my BMWs by now, and I have just good things to say. Shawn is manager you deal with directly for services, which in and of itself is incredibly valuable. He is dedicated to getting your car sorted, and its very reasonable with labor,-parts. He's also an immense knowledge base for explaining problems, and giving general advice.

I went to Desi Auto Care and asked for a review of my 2010 Volkswagen Mr. Sean took the car in and went through it. He made a written list, complete with separate costs per line item. It was very thorough and clearly typed. Also, he verbally explained the whole process and order of importance. Reasonable quote, too! He is a humble mechanic, and I look forward to having my car there for service and repairs.
