I got diagnostics done, and I was explained what it meant-- NO sugar coating and NO asking for more services to be done to my SUBARU unless absolutely needed. I will definitely take my car here again!! Shawn took so good care of my car and provided 2yrs/24k miles warranty including parts & labor. Wow!

Great customer service for my SUBARU Impreza!!! When they say 4.5 hours, they really mean 4.5 hours.

He is super knowledgeable about European vehicles. He has a really genuine mentality that customer love. Andrew takes time to explain what's needed and why, the pricing is super reasonable and he just makes you feel like an old friend. I've brought my Land Rover Discovery in a handful of times for routine maintenance + major repairs, and went the Tuesday because my oil light was on. He filled my oil, replaced the battery in my key, and told me I needed an oil change in the next month and sent me on my way, and NO charge! But that was just over the top nice I had to write a review.

If Desi Auto Care ever moves to other location, I'm going to follow them. Or give up my baby, my SAAB 9-5. They're the only shop will touch my SAAB. The facts are that they do great repair work, are very responsive, are more reasonable in price than the dealership, are not condescending to women like other repair shops are, and are just down to earth, nice mechanics

I hate having to do stuff on my Land Rover...it's like going to the dentist. Necessary evil. Have been coming here for 3 years...They have always been straightforward. Yes cheaper than the dealership Sean has been fixing EURO cars for 30 years. He always gives you an estimate on how long it will take, and call you when your car is done. They do care for you and your car.

Shawn is definitely a German car nut, which is a +plus in my book. His rate is cheaper than the dealer and he cares about the cars that he works on. He just repair (transmission leak issue) on my out of warranty Mercedes I would recommend him for all German cars. His shop is clean and organized.

When I call and told my name, immediately Leslie knows who I am already. The only recommendation I will give is, you need to call ahead of time for appointment, and they are super busy. I do recommend Desi to lots of friends. They use all original AUDI parts. Try call Audi dealer and get an estimate and call Desi for his estimate, and you tell me who is cheaper!

Finally! I've tried every shop in the area looking for a competent, trustworthy, and fair place to have my vehicles serviced. Not only is Shawn fairly priced, but will fully explain what is going on with your car and how immediately it needs to be fixed. I feel 100% comfortable leaving my cars in his care and couldn't recommend Desi Auto Care enough.

My Land Rover Discovery had a headlamp bulb malfunction. Sean also suggested I should just go on e-bay and buy 2 bulbs so I don't have to pay retail price. Then he would just change them both for me for the cost of labor. He also texted me a photo of the brand and size to get, and suggested I should upgrade the bulbs to a more powerful one so they are better and brighter, and they are awesome now!!
