Once again, these mechanics are "the real deal" for my Mini Paceman service. Extremely competent, anxious to please and NEVER-EVER try to sell you things you do not need. I'm from Philly and drive past many other highly rated shops to go here. They have a customer for life!

My experience with Desi has been outstanding. I purchased a used 2008 Jaguar S-Type. I knew I'd have some repair to do on it, but it really began to get crazy. Sam talked me through all the problems that the car was having, taking the time to explain what was happening and why. They put my car's mechanical mechanical problems and my wallet on a budget and we worked through many of the car's issues. For a while I was truly disheartened with my Jaguar purchase from Craigslist, but thanks to Desi, I'm now cruising along the NJ Turnpike and enjoying my ride.

I have a 2008 xDrive 35i, I shopped around for head gaskets service needed on my car and other major repair work. I checked out a few European shops and as soon as I stopped by here. I knew these folks knew what's up on everything Bimmers! Shaun is very knowledgeable; right away I felt that he enjoys working on German types of vehicles! With these cars OEM parts is the only way to go and this is what he deliver. When I received my car it was a night and day difference. Shaun OVER delivered when he finished my BMW X6. Freshly cleaned and ready to go. I will be recommending all my friends and family to them. Thanks fellas! Superb work!

Andre was able to take my Benz E-class Cabriolet E350 (2011) and not only get it running but it drives like very new--- I had neglected the car and it sat in my garage-- car had been sitting for 2.5 yrs--- I brought it to Desi Auto Care and 3 days later I drove the car out of the shop and it felt like the day I left the dealer 9 years ago. I would not bring my car to anyone else-- They're certified. why pay for the dealer price when you can get personal and accurate service right around corner. Recommended

I love that they use only ORIGINAL parts. I have Volvo and Jaguar XF they did a great job with both of them. They take care of any issues right away.

CK Engine Sign I had a check engine light pop up on my Volkswagen Jetta and during cold starts in morning a lots of white smoke would be exhausted. These folks know their Euro-Craft. Prompt diagnosis and to top it general manager Shawn is the best in my books. Reasonable and honest comes to my mind. Try them you will be impressed.

All I can say "Andrew took great care of my Porsche Turbo he used original parts and replace my all four brakes including rotes for cheaper than any other shop" He took time to diagnose the water pump leak and tell me what issue is going on. My 2nd appointment is on Friday, I'm pleased with service.

I was much skeptical about going to a private Mercedes repair shop. Technician Shawn put me at ease and explained about the fault code I was getting and answers all my questions for service job and timing. When job completed, he showed me the old parts and explained me why the problem happened in the first place. I'm happy with price and length of repair.
