On my second visit for maintenance service, I walked in and Sam remembered me, my dog, my name and my car. Again his mechanic went above and beyond. I have an M performance PKG that makes my bimmer little bit lower than others. Couple of times I misjudge the height of multi-story car parking at my job and parking guard my front bumper parking guard had very much pulled loose. He took the time to fix it for me. Thank you for extra care!

Two weeks ago my car went into limp mode. I was peeved. Andrew did a full diagnosis, narrowed the issue down to 3 things and got to work on more depth. With 2 of the options eliminated, he knew it needed to replace transmission wiring harness. He order one and realized that he could not reach 3 of the connectors (located under the car but in top of the transmission) very smartly he resolve the problem. Job done on time as he promised.

It was a minor repair on my BMW 535i, Sam refused to my offer to pay for his services, saying, “you are a regular client, so don’t worry about it.” Seriously? Mechanic spent 45 minutes figuring out what needed to be done and then fixing the issue. You just don’t get that type of service very often. While I hope that we have no major mechanical issues with my bimmer. You can be sure that we’ll be back to Desi Auto Care if we do.

I have a friends/family of Porsche’s (myself, my friend, his sister, and my sister as well) and we all go to Sam. Never felt pressured into a purchasing a repair service or a parts. Always top quality work. “They don’t do any Mickey Mouse over here.” I have been to a Porsche shop” in the Philadelphia. Thanks Sam for taking care of my cars and my family.

I have been getting my Audi repairs from Sam and his team for three years, and I am totally satisfied with the expertise of German repairs from Desi Auto Care, the integrity, and reasonable pricing Sam provides. Prior to finding this gem, I was taking my 2009 Audi to a (I don't want to name) repair shop in cherry Hill, who never seemed to get the repair right, and wasted my time and my money I would easily rate seven stars if the rating scale went that high Many Thanks

My used car (2008 Model) was running a little rough. I assume it needs an oil change. After buying the cars this was my 1st service at Desi Auto. I was satisfied with the job and his skill dealing with my Audi A4. It needed a valve cover oil seal and when he got in there, it had the original old plugs! So he replaced them with Bosch and put the new seal in and I was pleased. Now drives better than when I buy it.

They are good in diagnostics which I find is an issue with many other places including some dealers. They are competent in the repairs they make so I really recommend them

As soon as I met Andrew, it was obvious he knows his BMW stuff. He diagnosed my X5 and took the time to show me the issues, what exactly he was going to do and reviewed potential future problems without being pushy. Felt like I was his only and best customer even though his shop was full with customers. He texted me progress photos. If you need out of warranty repair done, this is the shop for you!

What a pleasure to find an Audi repair shop that was super honest. My dashboard computer showed 3 malfunctioning warning lights. In reality, once I got there his inspection showed that was all fine. Also a piece of chrome that I had knocked off he installed back, he spent 30 minutes and didn’t charge me anything! It was my 3rd time there but I was too lazy to give a good review the first time. Great local business in Stratford !
