Generally, when you visit a shop that's considered a "specialist", there's a ton of ego, bullshit, and a high price tag for services. it's very rare that you'll find a fair shop that is also specialized in its expertise. Desi has repaired two of my BMWs by now, and I have just good things to say. Shawn is manager you deal with directly for services, which in and of itself is incredibly valuable. He is dedicated to getting your car sorted, and its very reasonable with labor,-parts. He's also an immense knowledge base for explaining problems, and giving general advice.

I went to Desi Auto Care and asked for a review of my 2010 Volkswagen Mr. Sean took the car in and went through it. He made a written list, complete with separate costs per line item. It was very thorough and clearly typed. Also, he verbally explained the whole process and order of importance. Reasonable quote, too! He is a humble mechanic, and I look forward to having my car there for service and repairs.

Finding an excellent repair shop for your second-hand, out-of-warranty Range Rover HSE can be quite daunting. On the other hand, finding extraordinary mechanic to care for your RR repair service and maintenance needs is an even greater challenge, Desi Auto Care is the answer. Front ball joints sway bars, few front end parts have been replaced and I'm happy with everything. I recommend.

My Subaru Outback started to overheat. I had it towed here since it was close to my job. Was up front about the cost of fixing it. Repair done the following day. I would recommend this shop to anyone who has a Subaru that needs to get fixed. I will be going back to them for any other issues that come up.

I needed camshaft adjusters replaced and camshaft sensors. He sent me a quote + offered a military discount. Now my Volkswagen Jetta runs great!

I have an older one and "M" cars require mechanics who knows their stuff due to them being different from standard non-M BMW's. Drew has been instrumental in getting my car running as best as possible. He provided me guidance on how to properly maintain the vehicle and has been fair with prices.

Very pleasant

I normally go to shop in Marlton to get repair done. But he was busy and I needed my spark plugs changed urgently, so I called up DESI to see if they could change my plugs. Emily was nice enough to squeeze me in for spark plugs. When I went there I was told it would take 30 minutes to change spark plugs. They just wanted me to wait in office until the engine to cool down which is understandable. He got me as s new customer and he's getting a good review. If you need service on your BMW or Mercedes Benz go to DESI.

I have a Subaru Forester and I've called these folks when I needed any service. I brought it in for a repair and Sean was honest enough to tell me the repair is still under warranty and have Subaru fix it. After I brought it to Subaru, they fixed the repair and told me it needed more repair that was not under warranty. Brought it back here at Desi and they showed me why the repair is not needed. If you're not coming here for your Subaru non warranted repairs, then you should. Even if you think your warranty will not cover it, bring it here, Sean tell you if it is. The shop bays are clean and waiting area full with refreshments.
