Once again Desi saved me good money over the dealership. Value cover gasket changed efficiently and ECONOMICALLY! They also pointed me to the dealer to check for a recall that I was unaware of with a 2015 Jaguar F-Type 'Steering electric power assist system' ---Great repair shop to deal with.

MONDAY afternoon while driving home from work, one of my 2 sets of fans on a Bimmer 530I broke causing tremendous vibrations from the engine compartment. I called up and Leslie said I have one appointment cancellation, plz come on down, mechanic will take a look. John walked me through exactly what was needed and he was able to save me quite a bit of money and completed the job on the same day.

My brother recommended me to Desi's shop, and told me to see Andrew, I brought my JAG in to change oil, and also changed my suspension. He is friendly and chilly guy! He also works on other European cars; he has the entire capable diagnostic tool for the service. The car I brought in was a Jaguar XE

Which repair shop going to tells you not to do some job? Well DESI does!!... If not needed Shawn will be honest and go over details. My family has been servicing all our European cars there over three years. Once again received excellent attention to request to service same day return. Car with 139k miles will get another 100k due to Shawn's excellent care and advice over the years. Had struts and all brakes-rotors newly installed.

Volkswagen dealership told me that I had to change all 4 struts. he said "we will look into" and ask us to leave the car overnight. Leslie called me the next morning and said the struts didn't have to be changed and that they ordered necessary parts and it will be ready by tonight. I saved money and the struts are still the same old struts. if you're looking for an alternative to the dealer service department, give them a call. You will not regret.

Our Land Rover -- Evoque was misdiagnosed by another shop when there was a fuel leak. This misdiagnosed led me to frustrating and expensive situations. Mechanic Andrew was able to diagnose the issue within 45 mins. our overall experience was great! I strongly recommend for your auto needs.

Before the Florida travel starts needed air conditioning repair, 100% excpecting compressor replacement. Rather than being a 'part changer' kind of shop, Andrew spent the time to properly diagnose and smoke test the system he replaced a Scrader Valve that started leaking and help me save $$$ I appreciate and definitely going back!

As a dedicated German car owner with an Audi and a Mercedes, I am very happy with Desi. They were able to fix the alignment on our Audi Allroad when other shops were not successful - although it involved changing the engine cradle position 6 times before finally getting it perfect, and they didn't even charge extra for all the additional time spent. Sean (the manager) is always upfront about what the car might need and the associated costs. The only downside to this shop is, they're so good that they have too many customers!! The lot is always jammed :)
