As a dedicated German car owner with an Audi and a Mercedes, I am very happy with Desi. They were able to fix the alignment on our Audi Allroad when other shops were not successful - although it involved changing the engine cradle position 6 times before finally getting it perfect, and they didn't even charge extra for all the additional time spent. Sean (the manager) is always upfront about what the car might need and the associated costs. The only downside to this shop is, they're so good that they have too many customers!! The lot is always jammed :)

Punctuality Punctuality Which repair shop going to tells you not to do some job? Well DESI does!!... If not needed Shawn will be honest and go over details. My family has been servicing all our European cars there over three years. Once again received excellent attention to request to service same day return. Car with 139k miles will get another 100k due to Shawn's excellent care and advice over the years. Had struts and all brakes-rotors newly installed.

I have brought my 2012 BMW 535i in here, once before when I first purchased it and had Exhaust, Sensor issues and now because of CHECK ENGINE light is on and car failed to shift into proper gears. I called and made an appointment. Andrew diagnosed in details, while it was a costly repair, but was not a worse case scenario like a dead transmission. He made sure to order the correct parts by asking me for VIN# so he can check in to BMW database. Job was done after two days, I paid 60% less than dealership estimate and I felt my transmission/car runs just like a new showroom floor! He fixed the issue and tops it off all fluids after a test drive. Andrew’s BMW-craft is well known in surrounding towns. He is expert in diagnosing foreign cars. Quality, Value Quality, Quality , Value Value Once again Desi saved me good money over the dealership. Value cover gasket changed efficiently and ECONOMICALLY! They also pointed me to the dealer to check for a recall that I was unaware of with a 2015 Jaguar F-Type 'Steering electric power assist system' ---Great repair shop to deal with.
