I picked up my 328 xi today. Had work done that was recomended by bmw...... such as gaskets, steering issues, struts etc. Even after I ran down the list with these guys at Desi , they, made sure to inform me that not everything had to be done right now , even though I decided I would prefer to have everything done. In other words, I gave them the list and instead of going for the big sale , they were straight up and honest and told me things could be done a little at a time and not everything was a need to do right now type of situation . Now my BMW also Rides so much better. These guys are top notch. Honesty shows in their ratings. Recently had my car inspected somewhere else b4 i found these guys. The place where I had it inspected, when they removed the old sticker, they left the old glue there and from the old sticker and put the sticker in a different position on my windshield. The guys at Desi Auto, went as far as to scrape off and clean the inside of my windshield way down in the corner get the old glue off. ( i did not even think about it) small things like this stand out to me. Just proving their sense of attention to detail. I have a small heating and air conditioning business. They work the way I do. Go above and beyond. No one else will ever touch my car. I plan on even taken my charger to these guys. And any other vehicle that I get in the future. Not to mention, they beat the prices at BMW. And I didn't have to give up on the quality of workmanship and again definitely didn't have to give up on the quality of customer service, from the first moment I pulled into their lot, to the time I picked up my car. No wonder why they have such a high rating. Keep up great work guys. You have made this new customer very happy. Bill Misner....

My previous Rover repair shop in Philadelphia area was sold and the new owners didn't give the confidence that they would give me the service I was looking for. I have a Land Rover Discovery-Sport, and had a timing belt, a maintenance service and a cooling problems taken care of. SUV being running better than ever since the service/work was performed by Desi Auto Care.

I sent him on a wild goose chase with mysterious noise under chassis issue. I was flexible and left my Audi Q7 with him and he done the great job. His communication style is to the point and very efficient, and he accommodated all of my questions. the job was complex, but he personally test drive and re-tested his job until he was fully satisfied that he was handling my Audi back to me ready to perform as it should.

I recently took my BMW X5 to Sam and the crew at Desi Auto Care and I could not be happier. They had a challenge with my X5, as it hadn't been serviced in over a year and the car was also in desperate need of a suspension replacement as well. I dropped off the car with a list of tasks and he meticulously went through it and let me know realistically what was worth focusing on, what wasn't and costs involved - Thanks! Many....

Andrew is friendly and very detailed. We brought a dealer car here for an inspection before I buy to see if anything was mechanically in need of repairs and maintenance. He did a thorough inspection of the Acura and explained everything. Well worth the money spent. We’re highly recommending for repairs or pre-purchase inspections.

HIGHLY recommended. Please read. I took in my LR Discovery that was in terrible shape. I called them up to do a litany of things, included diagnosing an engine sound. When Chris finished, I came to shop and drove away. On my way to home i noticed the same sound there. I went back and drove around with Chris, and he heard the sound as well. It turns out there was a miscommunication from my side what the issue was (I had towed in by AAA). The next day he had fixed the issue (Which was additional 2.5 hours of labor) for no charge. He went above and beyond. Do not hesitate to bring your Rover here.

I brought my old one that was having transmission issues. Highly rated mechanic shop in Pennsauken told me that I would need to change the whole transmission out (Refurbished 5K plus labor) I got a second opinion from Chris who investigated and it was addressed with a $182 repair. He does the job himself which is another reason I like Desi.

Honest and Respectful establishment. From day one when we called to get a quote, they were professional and handled their services well. I had transmission mounts changed my air cond belt. After the repair was performed within four hrs, my car was ready to go. Upon pickup, he had shown me the parts he replaced to give me peace of mind which it did. Fantastic shop if you like to deal with the mechanic one on one.
