I always go to bMW dealership for service until last week I was given a ridiculous $$$$ quote. I am not very BMW literate but even I knew that I should look for a 2nd opinion. I called a couple of shops from Google, Desi Auto Care was a stand out. Professional and courteous, they earned a customer for life. They explains everything in the most understandable terms. Katelyn’s customer service is on FLEEK!

Very bizarre symptoms my '13 Infinity G37 had. Two other shops could not figure it out, but Desi Auto Care was able to fix it right away. My whip has been running great ever since.

I have been using Desi Auto Care as my mechanic shop for over five years. I've owned two MINI Coopers and he has done an excellent job keeping them all running. Andrew is master at trouble shooting. I have seen him in action on multiple occasions, he is always patient and sticks it out when the issue seemed impossible to figure out. I have recommended many of my friends to him for their MINI/BWM needs and everyone has been a happy customer.He stands behind his work with 2years warranty! Shop is always clean and they take pride in their service and the appearance of the store front.

Desi Auto Care replaced the engine in my 2006 Audi A6 after a piston ring burst. I called a few different shops, with repair costs running about 6k-10k. They did it for very LE$$ than that and my car has been running better than ever since. Andrew was also great during the entire process, despite many people running in his door at all times. He simply knows his stuff like nobody else. This man knows German cars and the cars in queue at this place are proof of that.

I have Volkswagen Jetta that needed some TLC. I am so happy to have met Andrew at DESI. He is extremely knowledgeable on German cars. I usually would take my car to the dealership for service but with the high prices I feel fortunate to have Andrew work on my VW. I would highly recommend them.

Volvo S40 was shaking rough when in neutral and didn't catch the gears,Chris found the issue and the repairs were affordable. Very professional fast service.

I am comfortable I have ever been while getting my Jaguar serviced. Chris, who is friendly, quoted me at a very reasonable price for an oil leak issue, and mentioned that he has original Jaguar/Land Rover parts. I will keep giving them my business.

I don't know how Chris did it but he was able to fix my mysterious electrical isue, now my AUDI TT is driving better than ever. It's been a week and I couldn't be more pleased with the repair. He doesn't try to sell you on anything additional and he go the extra mile for you to keep the price low. If you have an Audi, this is the shop to come.

I owner Audi Q7 and have had consistent issues with the coolant light and now started misfiring. Chris explained the issue started while the car was still under warranty. The dealer doesn't want to take any responsibility for this under warranty car. Desi Auto Care had figured out that I had coolant leaking into my engine. He replaced my cracked spark plug, put everything back together, he tests for exhaust in the coolant and a Technical Service Bulletin for this very issue (which somehow the dealers ignored) charged me only $149!! Very impressed

I have been a long-time customer. I dropped it off for a Jetta transmission service and to replace my front brakes, also I needed a cracked belt replaced and causing an obnoxious squeaking sound around. All these repairs were done quickly and affordable. Sam’s crew is good and I tell friends to go there when they need Volkswagen service! Don’t bother calling around to other places - just call Desi :)
