Very fair about the job that needed to be done - - (Replaced engine mount, four tires and all brakes) Changed bulbs in both side marker, high beam and parking light WITHOUT charge...I highly recommend.

Power steering went out on my Jaguar XF. John was quick to diagnose and fix the belts responsible for the issue. They were upfront about the cost estimate. I realize many issues cannot be solved in one day but we were very grateful that the repair only took 4.5 hrs and later on we were back to driving my much needed car for my business. Fast annd professional!

They does quotes and diagnosis quickly and correctly. HE ALSO WILL RECOMMEND THE DEALERSHIP IF THE FIX IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY!! I really appreciate this Audi repair shop and will continue to come back for my Audi A7 service.

One of the best service and really reliable. Windshield water leak repair, after knowing that I have a limited budget for fixing the problem mechanic actually figured out a way to bypass it. What they did is actually disconnected the electrical cord and plugged a tube going toward the head light spray, and the leak was stopped. I was able to use the wind shield again. Everyone was very welcoming and girl at the front desk didn't even charged a single buck for it - many thanks.

FANTASTIC!! I took my 1998 Corvette to a few places over the past few years since I owned the car. No one could tell me what was wrong with it. Chris took the time, interest and effort out of his very busy schedule to troubleshoot all the issues I was having and was able to get to the root cause and fix everything!! I will not be taking my car anywhere else but to Desi Auto Care. He won’t kill you with BMW-billable hours. Whatever it takes to get it out is all you’re going to pay for. He is incredibly knowledgeable about my Bimmer M5 and his abilities extend well beyond BMW, Audi, Jaguars and Mercedes.

I just wanted to spread the good words around...I've been coming to Desi Auto Care since long time. Andrew was recommended by a friend who had also been going there for years. I have never felt ripped off by Andrew or had a mysterious malfunction immediately after visiting. One time I received a quote from another shop (in Cherry Hill) and Andrew informed me that shop (in Cherry Hill) were going to charge me for the whole piece,when I just needed a bolt. Another time an unexpected work emergency occurred and I couldn't make it before closing. He waited additional 50 minutes for me and this just shows what kind of hardworking and dedicated mechanic he is.
