On busy Saturday - Andrew was able to tell me what part I needed for my Land Rover Discovery in less than 20 minutes and gave me the part number while LR dealership "technicians" took over 1.5 hrs just to tell me "they do NOT know" and that they don't see that part on the diagram. I live in Philadelphia, but I have been taking my Land Rover LR4 here in the last 3 years for service/repairs. They have been great every time. I most recently brought my vehicle in to fix a constant pressure valve oil leak, flush the break fluid, replace belt, adjust valves, replace two cracked control arm bushings, change the oil, and replace a door lock actuator. Cherry Hill LR Dealer quoted me over $$$$ for the job. Sam quoted me 63% less amount and had my car ready a day earlier than promised.

I'm the kind of person that likes to consult with my auto mechanic about my six years old Land Rover Sport HSE service and repair options. Chris always tolerates this; he always welcomes it. Super cool guy, very competent and great to work with. Keep up the great Land Rover work!

Few issues. My Jaguar (XE) was making noise from the breaks and old struts. I compared prices and they had the best price in the area. I loved the waiting room full with refreshment and the two years warranty on services. They had two mechanics working on the car at the same time. I waited at Del Bueno’s Bakery for lunch (it’s next door). Overall, I recommend them.

My car needed a transmission and an axle. Their price was awesome and my car has been running smoothly since I picked it up 2 weeks ago.

Came in with my BMW 5 Series having failed emission inspection. Chris suggested resetting all the sensor monitors before changing any parts out and inside the shop show me through the checkup system in detail and explained everything. Worked out perfectly.

Good service from the shop that I can trust. Been taking ours cars to Sam for more than 4 years. 2006 BMW M5 2012 Mini Roadster 2010 BMW X5 They specializes in German, fair charges and assessments are honest, which is really all you can ask for from a mechanic. The only issue is that they're always swamped, so make your appointments in ADVANCE. Appreciate- the love getting my M5 back up to peak performance.

Recently the awful noise my car was making due to a power steering pump. It was also due for a new timing belt and the engine mounts were shot. Their estimate was reasonable job done perfect. But I give four stars because I got may car back one day late.

The manager is a pleasure to interact with and the Desi Auto Care team are very skilled at working on Jaguar’s. They’re always honest and will help you save money where you can.
