Why my Audi 2015 overheats in Magnolia ( we're heading back to Philadelphia) I don't know. Called insurance company and they towed me to Desi Auto Care. It turns out that my Q5 had a cracked radiator, I thought that I might have to spend the night in hotel because it was already 5:30pm. Manager/mechanic went above and beyond!!! He secured a radiator and Carl and Josh stayed after hours to job on replacing it so I can go back home that evening. They amazing!! Service: General repairs & maintenance

ABS brake warning lights all came up on my on my dashboard and it was Saturday. Called around three shops that either had no availability, no expertise or quoted double the estimated cost. Josh diagnosed the issue, suggested a better alternative and had experience fixing it. He was professional, speedy and responsive as a BMW mechanics!

I appreciated the tall mechanic’s (don’t know name) forthright conversation and he shows confidence that he would resolve my complicated transmission issue. He made sure I am satisfied with the service, and he use same BMW parts as dealerships.

My car started running bad and blowing while smoke out the tailpipe. I was scared and thinking that it might be a head gasket. I went to Desi Auto Care due to their reputation. The CCV valve and bottom hose was clogged - the CCV system needed to be replaced. They quoted me for parts and labor to change out the BMW CCV system kit and throttle body gasket that seemed very fair to me. It took four hours to complete the job. The car is running great with no smoke coming out of the exhaust.

Chris and his team were very professional and the service of my vehicle was very reasonable! I would highly recommend for any vehicle repairs.

I came here for a full air suspension install, failed head gasket resulted in oil leak and coolant leak (disastrous engine problem if not fix ASAP) and all 4 new brakes install. From start-to-finish, they were fantastic! Sam makes sure customer gets the best price possible, and will ensure a proper installation with 2yrs/24k warranty.
