After coming home from long trip my transmission started locking up and wouldn't shift. I took it to Desi Auto Care and expecting to have to pay thousands of dollars for a new transmissio. Instead, Chris ran a diagnostic and told me that I had a bad relay. Total bill for parts labor $47.

What a great place! Made an appointment online and then followed up with a phone call to confirm (I forget the receptionist/cashiers name, but she was very pleasant). Dropped the car off the night before and saw there were other cars waiting for service. Thought my car would be there all day (like most service centers), but received a call mid morning saying my car was serviced and checked out, stem to stern. When I went to pick it up, Chris came over and explained everything that was serviced and made a few recommendations for preventive maintenance. Better than any dealer service, it was service like we used to get (big smile with 2 thumbs up). Highly recommend.

I had some engine issues and another shop misdiagnosed and did valve adjustment for rough idle and stalling. But problem continue... Chris test drove and correctly diagnosed the issue and fixed for a fair price. He also brought attention to other minor stuff and fixed it.This is now go to shop for my old school "98 Audi A6. I am very happy with his professional demeanor. Don't even think twice to take your Audi to Desi Auto Care.

As a young girl who admittedly doesn't know much about car, I am fearful about repair shop trying to take advantage of me. When I went to Desi Auto Care because my clutch went out. Chris kept and showed me the old, disintegrated part and explained how things worked. He knows all the idiosyncrasies of BMWs, so u always learn something from him (and ultimately save money because he can quickly identify the issue and fix it right the first time)!

My oil leak turns out, the valve covers, timing chain cover and the valley pan were all leaking. Chris-manager was very accommodating of my situation and made all effort to provide a cost effective repair. I even ask to replace other parts that were within the area of repair that I could save labor costs. I ended up replacing the timing chain tensioners and the spark plugs with a same labor costs and he didn't try to ding me for all of the hours associated with the individual items as if I had them performed separately and I really like this.

Because of my love of Land Rover (Evoque 2018) l've seen my fair share of shops over the time. Desi Auto Care is outstanding in its level of customer service and professionalism. Service were done same day, and a slight hiccup in ordering a part from supplier was remedied right away by Sam. I can't say good enough words about the jobs these mechanics do. The only thing I wish we're different is the wait time to get an appointment-- but when a shop is this good. I suppose it's going to be busy! Highly recommended + +

My Air Cond ( 2011 Mercedes Benz R350) has been going off/on some times and I've been to their shop. Andrew take a look and he decide to wait until the blower doesn't operate again to make sure that is the issue instead of prematurely replacing it. I kind of feel bad going in the past 2 times and not doing any repair, but he is always so pleasant you feel like friend. It goes to show he want my business for the long haul and not for the fast bucks.

Came here last week and was greeted warmly by Drew. He assisted me in finding the best brake fluid on my MINI Cooper Clubman and gave me some advice on how to do it correctly.
