What makes these folks awesome is that they don't talk down to female customers. Every time I've seen Chris thoroughly explained my BMW 750 xDrive issues to me. I appreciate this, despite the fact that I have no idea what he's talking about. In fact, a couple of times I feel like I've come close to understanding him, despite the fact that I know exactly ZERO about cars -- that's how good he is at explaining stuff. I like his demeanor and I trust him.

Desi guys are incredible. Master Mechanic seems to have some type of godly sixth sense to determine what exactly is wrong with a vehicle. He's diagnosed a number of issues with my 2014 Mercedes Benz E350. I've gone to a few other places (dealers and indies), and none have been as knowledgeable, helpful or patient as Desi Auto Care crew.

Proved once again...the only place I trust with my car. Desi takes care of you with reasonable prices for a repair and exceeds delivery times. My car was towed in Sunday nights(key dropped in drop box) they fixed my fuel pump and car was ready on Monday 3pm don’t forget to enjoy huge collection of free refreshments. I recommend to all my friends.

I have found Desi auto care to be. 1) Extremely honest with a perfect level of integrity for their service. 2) Chris is communicative and pleasant to deal with. 3) highly technically proficient. There is literally nothing more anyone could possibly ask for in a BMW mechanic. - I’m a proud owner of 128i convertible.

Whenever I disengage the clutch, a heavy squeaking sound happens and also when I reengage the clutch as well.I brought it in to Desi. Chris confirmed that the clutch fork and throw out bearing needs replacing. When he replaced the clutch and flywheel, he also lubricated the clutch fork and throw out bearing. My experience with Desi was outstanding. They diagnosed my car noise and sent me videos of the diagnosis and completed readings so I could see for myself.

I have three problems with the car- fuel leaking- doesn’t run well (stutters and loss of power) also car will randomly just die when driving, and won’t start up again. After diagnoses, they recommended a new carb, my distributor wiring was not correct so they fixed it and solve all running problems. This shop is reliable.

Their prices are the best in the Southern New Jersey for infinity service jobs. There is no job that Chris has not done. I went from dealer prices to their prices and have never looked back. He keeps the old replaced parts if you want to see them and he always presents old parts to me. On my first service for major motor mount issues and other service the dealer wanted thousands of dollars. Desi saved me tons$ Need I say more?:)) Bob

Go in with confidence! When I picked up the car. He went back over all the details on my bill, and all the jobs that had been done and showed me my old parts. Then he let me know the other things he had noticed and what to expect. "Your brakes are fine, only about 45% worn, so you'll get a lot of use from them, your transmission is great, you have a new timing belt. You shouldn't have any trouble with it for a long time. I did notice a very minor leak in your left CV joint, so it's not urgent, but I'd get that replaced in about six months . Maybe when you bring it in for an oil change, let me know and we will have the part waiting and can do it at the same time. All in all, the car is in good shape." My car is 7 years old with 89,000 miles on it. She has a lot of miles left on her, and Desi Auto Care will be her mechanic!

Because of great service they're always booked, so you must make an appointment in advance. Some might see this as a bad thing, but if you're looking for a quality BMW shop, this is definitely a good idea.
