My 2015 Acura RDX was without an engine, toast. I kept discussing with Chris for a ten days about what to do and decided to replace it with a good, low miles used engine. He told me he would order an engine, and we would have to set aside a whole week for him to replace the main hoses and lines, installing and test tuning the engine and he was good about adding some aftermarket items, his concerns, and doing additional work along the way that was not originally discussed, all still with same price. This was a major job and his crew got it done without a hitch.

Nobody like to pay to get their Jaguar serviced...but I had an oil leaking on my F-Type (148K miles), so I had no choice. After good experience last December, I returned to Desi Auto Care. As expected, every seal, gasket, rubber part, hose and belt, eventually has to be replaced on my old car. This time it was a few power steering hoses, an oil return hose and brakes (I put them off for the last year). Sam and his crew are great. Fair price? Yes..Yes..Yes. All repairs have a @Y/24K warranty. I will be back in two months for brake job!!

I have a 2013 Jaguar XF where the front wheel arm broke off. Towed to dealer and got a quote of more than $4k and will take a four 3.5 weeks. My State Farm insurance offered only $1790 minus my $1K deductible and sent me a check of $790. the only upside for Jag-dealer to fix is they would give me a loaner car (insurance did not cover rental). I towed to Desi Auto Care on a Tuesday night, was fixed on Thursday for $615 and showed me what he repaired. I was very impressed, had I taken my car there to start I only would have been without my car for one day. Now my Jaguar is running smoothly!!

Worth the wait!!!! I had a service engine light on my Mercedes SLK230. I also noticed that the fan was continue staying on. Chris told me that he gives me a quick diagnostic. He confirmed that the it was an engine heat/thermostat problem. So I was presuming hundreds of dollars. I was confident that as long as the Benz is responding to this things by over cooling the engine I was in good shape.My patience was rewarded when Chris did a fuller inquiry and discovered that a simple coolant flush could solve the issue, $60 vs $600. Sounds great to me. Desi auto Care is busy because they care about their clients, including saving you some $$$.

Honest, trustworthy, and they take the time to explain everything. What else could you ask from a BMW mechanic? They've even fixed things, for free, that were not under warranty.

After they've looked over my'14 Porsche Cayman, the mechanic will bring me over and point out the problems that need to be fixed. When I got my vehicle back, I was reminded of what was fixed. Then I have the option to test drive it and see if those problems have been resolved. I recommend Desi Auto Care.

Simply out... I would not take my Mercedes anywhere else! I have 2011 R350 that had some problems for a while with tuning, leaks, frames, etc...Desi Auto Care crew was able to fix the Benz completely. I now take it in even for oil changes...if you like dealer quality work for a less money, try Desi.... Good MB-technicians!

Andrew and the crew cared for my Jaguar XF for the past four years. They are professional guys who are passionate about cars, especially Jaguars. Over the years, they addressed everything from standard wear (oil changes, bushing, tires, hoses,etc...) to more quirky problems (dash display, seat motor, etc...) The prices are always reasonable and service is completed on time. Up

Morning I see a pool of coolant all over my driveway and had to call my co-worker for a ride to work at my Cherry Hill office. Desi Auto team were great , they replaced leaking coolant pipe of my Mercedes Benz S430. Drew did the job carefully and competently, and got to me back on the road quickly! What a great shop!

I've taken my '14 Mercedes Benz E350 to Desi Auto Care since the manufacturer's warranty expired. The latest visit that prompted me to write a review was when I took my Benz in for some issues Andrew had mentioned I needed "soon, but not urgent". I had a quote, so I finally made the appointment and was ready to spend the money. Instead, I got a call from Katelyn letting me know the previous diagnosis was due to some old buil up that was on the water pump, and once they detail cleaned it up, the work did NOT actually need to be done! Talk about honestly. Andrew also found a problem that had just started in the engine, and adviced me to check with the dealer since this particular problem is under an extended warranty. Sure enough, I'm getting that problem fixed at the dealer for free,all thanks to Andrew being awesome!!!
