Chris don’t try to up-sell any unnecessary labor. They take care of my MINI COOPER as if it was their very own and the quality of their job is demonstrated by clean and organized shop bays and pay special attention to detail. He charges fair labor, however it’s the very same MINI dealer quality you would expect but, at a fraction of the dealer price- l like supporting a local auto shop. Chris runs the shop with a few other mechanics. There are free refreshments with a comfortable waiting room. This is the only shop I trust to lay hands on my ’13 paceman.

They found a cracked air filter compartment was allowing intake air to bypass filter. Josh called me describing issues and I authorized the repairs. My MINI COOPER was done by 4pm the next day.

Andrew spent about 90 minutes doing diagnostic testing on my xDrive until he finally came to a conclusion that it is the brand of gas l was using and adding Techron. Sure, enough that´s what it was. When my Audi RS3 broke down on Route 30, AAA tow to Desi auto care. lt was a difficult issue to diagnose, but chris manager was increbibly nice! He answered all my questions and price was fair so l approved the job with two years warranty includes parts & labor!!! All l can say is GO HERE! Customers keep searching for amazing mechanic shops… but your search will end here l´m huge in customer services and this shop deserves 10 stars!

I was discussing whether or not to purchase dealership maintenance plan or to just have my car serviced at Desi Auto Care. Desi mechanic/manager I spoke to over the phone was super helpful -he explained what kind of services I may need and how much each cost so I can compare it to the dealer's prices. Desi was a lot cheaper so I took my car here for its first service. Happy Customer!!!

Clean and Organized repair bays and friendly attitude!! Chris never cut corners on repairs. further, he only uses original JAGUAR parts and always guarantee his work for 2 years!! Not to mention, Chris have tackled some major-surgery jobs for me even in the same day. I highly recommend this place to any Jaguar fanatics/first time owner/casual driver. There may be other shops out there, but there definitely is no better than DESI! Chris stand behind his work 100% and do every job right first time!!

I own a 2012 Jaguar XK, and I never had a more satisfying experience repairing my car anywhere else. These mechanics are hardworking folks who are extremely down to earth. Every time I needed to have my car examined, they've always gone out of their ways to help me. Desi - pricing is quite fair. They won't change you an arm and a leg.

At 11am the following day, my MINI Roadster was ready for pick up! The invoice was under his estimate and my car runs like a dream. Anyone looking for an honest shop, should just start here.
