They kept me posted as to major repair progress and my'13 BMW 650i was ready when they said it would be.

Came on late Wed evening after towed here; dead fuel pump. they start my Benz GLE350 first thing in the morning. Repairs were completed Thu 4pm as originally estimated, we got back on the highway by 4:30pm. Charges was reasonable for original parts/labor; they also gave me a fuel filter at cost (no charge!) since the original had to be removed for the repair. Make sure to eat at "Carmen's Deli-Bakery" next to Desi if you're waiting awhile. Friendly mechanics made sure I wasn't stranded in Jersey without a car to get around in.

Corresponding with GEICO insurance adjuster favorably, recommending me to great solution for my Bimmer 754Li. Sam's crew did a perfect job replacing my side mirror after a road rage incident, so let me highly recommend this outfit. Highest integrity and very well responsiveness, personal email and so on......

Stop by with an emergency. Fuel pump on my car tapped out on the highway. Josh done derailed diagnostic on a busy Saturday and Sam charged me low cost and even stayed until late to get me back on the road in good car condition, simply be-cause he knew I would be stranded otherwise. I recommend highly.

I do some of my own repairs with the limitations of transmission and when I was repairing my car and after replacing the abs module the warning sign on the dashboard stays ON. Online I found Desi Auto Care, pulled up into when I met mechanic Joshua and he said he would delete my brake and abs light code shortly with his programming tools. While I was waiting, I saw how much these mechanics know their things and how powerful their equipment is in diagnosing Bimmers. His diagnosis was spot on. Plug in the reader into diagnosis port, all the monitors it was showing and he went on to delete the module code. I’m impressed and happy with the attention was provided and their confident. If I need next service this would be the shop. I’m recommending to everyone with a BMW knowing how special these vehicles could be, go to someone who specializes in the field = Desi Auto Care!

Brought my Mercedes here because folks at the dealership weren’t pleasant or helpful. I was so impressed! They are extremely knowledgeable and offer reasonable prices. They’ll let you know when things can wait to be fixed and when others can’t. Would recommend to anyone!

After I dropped my Subaru off on Thu evening for AC compressor and clutch and constant jerking/bucking of the car without increasing pressure to the gas pedal. All four brakes and sensors replaced as well and it was ready Sat morning. Sam is upfront and I can always count on him to take good care of my car and to give me a price that I can afford. I highly recommend this reliable shop who does super cool jobs.

A sincere THANKS to the crew at desi auto. My car had extensive suspension damage and major oil leak discovered ( I hate potholes!) I really appreciate receptionist working with insurance company to get everything approved. It was a pleasant experience from an unexpected event! They did their magic!

Couldn't ask for a better shop to have my 9 yr old porche Repaired. Reasonable estimate for diagnosis. All repairs completed including electrical wiring complications which previous shops wouldn't touch. Few follow up calls while my Cayenne was being repaired keeping me updated on status. Car runs amazing.

Car acted like it had epilepsy. All dash warning lights were flashing, check engine sign was on, wipers were dancing without rhythm. I called Josh and explained the issue, it has became his mission to get my BMW back to driving condition. It was an odd issue took him while for diagnose, turned out I had a defective IBS sensor (negative battery terminal wire) and job was done cheaper. It's been about 3 weeks since repair. Car running well as it used to (I wait at least 3 weeks before writing a review on technical/mechanical things). After few days Josh text me to check if car is driving properly. Solid mechanic, If I need more service job done.. which I'm positive I will. Thank you again!
