At first I read all these great reviews. So, owning a Volvo I felt everything would be fine. Not at all, I scheduled an oil change and after that a tune up, rear brakes and front end problems to be fixed. I received the quote and I accepted it. I got the car back from the oil change, right away my car wouldnt start. Never ever did it do this before. So, since I had it scheduled to have the other repairs done on it. I had it towed to their shop. I kept calling & asking what was wrong with it. 1 week later Im told my fuel pump went! Hmmm! Never had anything like this before. Ok, I said how much? Another $1,000.00 roughly. Well, I had to get it done! ! Another week later, again Im calling about my car. Its now been 2 weeks. They have an 8 bay garage, just saying! Then I get a call your car is finished, but your leaking anti freeze now, water pump and needs timing belt! I just had timing belt replaced 3 Yrs ago! Another $ 3,000.00 on top of the $2,000.00. Every time I called something else was wrong! I paid them the 2000.00 for the work they did and removed the car from their property! Oh, he said it would take another week to fix all the new stuff they claimed it needed! Im ashamed I did not listen to others in the area that had warned me NOT TO TAKE MY CAR there! Stupidly, I went by their reviews. The shop it is at now, looked over the itemized receipt and have thoroughly gone over the car. Very high charges and the car does not need the things they claimed it does. My recommendation do not take your car there! They literally saw an older lady and took advantage of me! They should be ashamed of themselves for operating a business like that in this day and age!

When the power steering went out when I was leaving board-meeting. I called around to find a shop that worked on Land Rover’s that I could have the vehicle towed to. I spoke with Sam on the call. I left my LR overnight and dropped my key to Dropbox since they were closed at 8pm when I was able to get the Rover towed there. Technician was able to determine the cause of the problem was an O-RING and hose. I ended up paying mainly for labor as the location of the part needed lots of dismantling. They were honorary which I appreciate the most!!!

Our Audi Q7 Coolant leak to be fix ( was getting worst…) and the Hood Latch was giving me problems. The latch is very common issue with Audi cars. Also, my battery is brand new. I can hear clicking sound but the latch will not open. + to add more work, I needed the manual latch cable to be extended to the main bumper in case of electrical mechanism fails in future. Just guess how much dealership could charge for this type of special job. I found this shop by fluke. Chris found out that the actuator (the electrical mechanism) to open the hood was failed. The more I discuss to him, the more I felt comfortable. With European cars such as Mercedes, Porsche, Jaguar, BMW, Audi… that need service, in my opinion it’s best to rely on an independent shop such as Desi Auto Care.

Desi Auto Care was great providing service for my Mercedes GLE 400 SUV. I've had my car for about 5 & 1/2 years now and it is no longer under warranty and I was looking for a Benz-shop for maintenance for my car that wasn't at the dealership. Andrew was great at answering all my questions and they send you an estimate before starting of repair and ask for your signature, so it's very transparent. Technical expertise is everything to me and they deliver in spades!!

I needed to bleed my company car Audi brakes and having transmission (leak?)issue and ૩ different electrical problems. Desi auto care offered me appointment through my text. Overall a fair price repair, now my Q3 is running smooth and reliable with no more leaks. Solid job! If you have a German cars that's out of warranty and need an expert service, try Desi!

Sam answered my phone and offered to schedule me about two weeks out for service. When I mentioned I’m getting ready for surgery and was afraid my Mercedes might strand me on the road- he offered to drop of my car that same night and he will try to fit in within the next 2 days. Desi Auto Care is not far from my workplace so I dropped it off and took Uber home. Next day I got a call and he said mechanic couldn’t replicate the issue but but that I can opt to replace the part mechanic suspected was failing. This was 9am and I agreed to have it repaired. I got a call around 5pm that my Benz was ready for pickup! I highly recommend Desi Auto Care if you’re seeking for a well run and reasonable repair shop business.

He sent me photos of ('16 BMW X5) the actual Engine overheating issue for assessment & brake job and support of his findings to ensure i could make an informed decision. Not only did I receive professional service, they have the latest scanners/computers for BMW diagnostics, verification and he saved me nice chunk of money in labor time! They are taking care of clients and looking out for their best interest with honest transparency. I will be back. Thank you for fixing my baby!

--In October BMW dealership claimed I needed new fuel injectors replaced and Chris suggested I add RED LINE brand fuel injector cleaner at $16 per bottle and once I fill up again add another one. To be safe I waited for four fill ups to add a 3rd and no more issues, drives perfect. Best advice I received. --In February Desi Auto Care helped me with faulty cooling system components, loud engine noise like a belt riding off into the engine I thought I was done, but they were able to save my engine bringing my BMW back to life!!! Pricing as very fair and offered to show me the parts that were replaced. I sure bringing back my M3 for service. These mechanics are great!!
