Last week I got a 100k miles maintenance service for my Land Rover Evoque here at Desi and wait time was reasonable,also I needed to replace all brakes(pads&rotors&sensors) so I brought it here again to get it repaired, I drop it off that day and picked up that next evening.

Dealer told me I needed to replace both steering shafts and vgrs on my lx470 2006 model which has 200000 miles on it I am in love with this model since 2003 when I bought my first one. At dealer it was v expensive so was thinking what to do. Ultimately I found Desi auto on computer. Was 3 hours away from me. I am in long island ny. After reading good reviews decided to take a chance.can’t explain how happy I am with the excellent service and perfect work.Chris and Dillon and all staff responded professionally.The work was done at fraction of cost car drives again as new at 200000. Thank Google I found this shop! I was taking my car to Porsche and literally paying double for every repair. Desi Auto Care is a little bit far away than the Porsche dealer but Christian is very knowledgeable and you know you're dealing with the real technician of BMW , Mercedes, Jaguar and Porsche when you show up or call for information. I had about $1600 worth of repair done that , Porsche quoted me almost $3000 on. Desi even offer 2yrs/24k miles warranty.

Main purpose of my visit was to replacement of my BMW O2 sensor. I read bad stories about trying to do yourself break them loosen, use of liquid wrench, WD 40, butane torches, hammers, etc. This was way more than I can handle for this job. Doing all this I forgot the brand new sensor at house, and instead of him saying I come back another time, Lead mechanic did break it loosen for me so I can go home and replace by myself. He did not ask for any money! I like to give him 10 stars if I am allowed!

I have a Maserati Gran Turismo. Not easy to find qualified service outside of the dealer. Chris did a great job both in communication and actual service of my vehicle. This was my first experience with Desi, but it will not be my last!

Best techs around, I always take my LR2 there since I discovered them 5 years ago. I also don’t write reviews, but I’m glad they sent me text, asking for review. So here it is.

My Land Rover was not starting after I visited Mall and the Land Rover emergency roadside assistance mechanic came to start the car and was not able to figure out the problem; and he suggested me to tow it to the local dealer for repair. My past experience was very expensive to get the LR service by the dealership. So, I decided to tow my Rover to DESI Auto Care, they diagnose and figured out exactly what was the real issue and fixed it next day. These technicians know their Land Rover engineering and it’s not easy to find an expert at that and at a decent price.
