I start hearing a weird rattling noise coming from the front passenger door while at 40 miles speed. Since my 2011 Land Rover Discovery was still under warranty, I decided to take it to LR dealer in Cherry Hill. Spent 3 hours there and they said there was nothing wrong. As I drove to work, I heard the same noise again. So, I took my Rover to Princeton dealer hoping they could diagnose the issue. Again, I got the same answer "there was nothing wrong". Very upset, I started to look for a local LR shop. Found this shop in Stratford and saw the good reviews. Technician/manager Chris was able to find the issue-cause and fix it. Chris showed me what was causing the rattling. It turned out,a little metal o-Ring had broken off and was hitting against the door. Chris was able to fix it. We together in the SUV drove 8 miles to make sure that the noise is gone!! The price was also fair. Will take all my cars here for service in the future. Definitely recommend.

I was fortunate to find this shop right as my brakes decided fail on me. The mechanics here are very welcoming and willing to help. Most of the shops will turn you away if it's near closing time. Not Desi Auto Care though. Since it was closer to 5pm they weren't able to get my part same day. The next day I got a call saying that my BMW 650i was ready to go (as they promised).

These mechanics were able to help me with the transmission problem on my Jaguar S-Type (2007). Jag dealer in Cherry Hill service dept was not able to diagnose a very obvious gear shifting problem and Chris at Desi Auto care found it. He also helped me deal with my warranty company to approve the parts needed to fix the problem. I'm driving the car for almost 2 weeks now and it's been good ever since. Thanks!

My car had a problem with rear latch did not close. I brought my car in an Andrew took a look and told me the latch was broken and needed replacement. He then orders part and told me it could be delivered to his place within 2 hrs. I did not want to wait that long and I came back next day instead. Andrew took care of it within 45 minutes as promised. My Acura TLX just ran out of factory warranty. I now have a shop to go for future car maintenance/issues. A+ experience!!!!!!!!!

And on the debrief, Chris diagnosed where the coolant leak was coming from. Instead of insisting he do the repair job, he told me to try to save couple hours of labor cost and ask my uncle Steve (a retired mechanic in Blackwood) to do that since it was an easy fix. My uncle and Chris know each other very well and I couldn’t believe he said this. Thank you Chris!
