Because of my love of Land Rover (Evoque 2018) l've seen my fair share of shops over the time. Desi Auto Care is outstanding in its level of customer service and professionalism. Service were done same day, and a slight hiccup in ordering a part from supplier was remedied right away by Sam. I can't say good enough words about the jobs these mechanics do. The only thing I wish we're different is the wait time to get an appointment-- but when a shop is this good. I suppose it's going to be busy! Highly recommended + +

My Air Cond ( 2011 Mercedes Benz R350) has been going off/on some times and I've been to their shop. Andrew take a look and he decide to wait until the blower doesn't operate again to make sure that is the issue instead of prematurely replacing it. I kind of feel bad going in the past 2 times and not doing any repair, but he is always so pleasant you feel like friend. It goes to show he want my business for the long haul and not for the fast bucks.

Came here last week and was greeted warmly by Drew. He assisted me in finding the best brake fluid on my MINI Cooper Clubman and gave me some advice on how to do it correctly. Drew said to me: don't hesitate to call me if you need further help. Wow! I'm definitely coming back for my next maintenance service and more...! Great first impression :) Thanks!

On busy Saturday - Andrew was able to tell me what part I needed for my Land Rover Discovery in less than 20 minutes and gave me the part number while LR dealership "technicians" took over 1.5 hrs just to tell me "they do NOT know" and that they don't see that part on the diagram. Desi Auto Care research more than the LR dealer does. Not to mention Andrew was very friendly and went out of his way to help me

I live in Philadelphia, but I have been taking my Land Rover LR4 here in the last 3 years for service/repairs. They have been great every time. I most recently brought my vehicle in to fix a constant pressure valve oil leak, flush the break fluid, replace belt, adjust valves, replace two cracked control arm bushings, change the oil, and replace a door lock actuator. Cherry Hill LR Dealer quoted me over $$$$ for the job. Sam quoted me 63% less amount and had my car ready a day earlier than promised.

I'm the kind of person that likes to consult with my auto mechanic about my six years old Land Rover Sport HSE service and repair options. Chris always tolerates this; he always welcomes it. Super cool guy, very competent and great to work with. Keep up the great Land Rover work!

Few issues. My Jaguar (XE) was making noise from the breaks and old struts. I compared prices and they had the best price in the area. I loved the waiting room full with refreshment and the two years warranty on services. They had two mechanics working on the car at the same time. I waited at Del Bueno’s Bakery for lunch (it’s next door). Overall, I recommend them.

My car needed a transmission and an axle. Their price was awesome and my car has been running smoothly since I picked it up 2 weeks ago.
