I have a 2006 Mini Cooper s that had the check engine light on. Chris explained what would need to be done and I m very happy. The car despite its age runs great and I feel safe. Thank you Chris.

I was driving to mall-started making noises from front of the car. When I go back home- a lot of oils in garage floor and trails all down the street. No indications/No lights shown on dash/Not drivable. Chris explained- VVT-I oil line is known to burst and it must be replaced and he will clean thoroughly the engine bay and undercarriage. He takes the guesswork out of the repair issues and pay attention to details and always give you advice on what to expect next, or any parts that are starting to wear etc...That way you can plan your maintenance expenses. Every time I knew I was getting my money's worth by their 2yrs/24k miles warranty (parts &labor included) I've been taking my car here for more than 3 years now-Lexus dolo R*350

Desi Auto Carr gives auto repair shop good name! Was very professional, went above and beyond my expectations. I came in for an issue to see why my check engine light was on, they ran a full diagnostics, clear the code and did not find anything wrong, Sam did not even charge me for this time. Hopefully my check engine light does not come back on, however if it does, I know where I will taking my car.

Took my Mercedes AMG there because if wouldn't start up and the check engine light came on. I initially had Cherry Hill repair shop run a diagnostic and charged me $150, which showed that there was something wrong with the cam shaft and I was told was that I had to take to the dealership. Well I'm so happy I went to Desi Auto Care, Chris pretty much knew exactly what the problem was right after I describe the issue. He still ran a diagnostic, quoted me the price and there was no surprise s or hidden fees. I'll definitely be referring other people to them.

Now my BMW’s warranty expired and I went to a Mount Laurel dealership and was attacked by the maintenance cost there. I had 3 broken bulbs and dealer wanted to charge me $258+tax ($8 dollars for the bulb and $250 for labor) here at Desi Auto care it is $8. Highly recommended!

I heard screeching noises whenever I hit to brakes. So, visited Desi Auto Care and Chris was very helpful and informative. Instead of shoving brake replacement down my throat, he told me that I had at least 1100 miles left on my Audi brakes and could hold off for a couple months if I wanted to. I decided to replace my brakes anyway, and within 4 hours. Kaitlyn called me that my Audi was ready for pick up. Chris stayed an hour after the shop closing closing hours, bcoz I was late to pick up my car. I was happy with the service. Trust me - won’t won’t regret it.

They run an honest up-front business he did a review of my MINI Cooper -S and pointed out what needed to be taken care of and what could wait. They warranty work with a 2 year or 24,000-mile warranty which I thought was awesome.

It's good to be able to check that " my mechanic" box knowing I have a trustworthy Jaguar repair shop I can call and not have that sinking feeling that I may be told to do some repairs that you don't know if you really need or not. I have not and don't anticipate I will ever question the estimate/bill because I trust Desi Auto Care. Quality service and honestly goes a long way.

Kaitlyn ended up giving me a senior citizen discount before I even asked. I also inspected the repairs when I got home and everything was properly done. My oil level was full, tires inflated, all fluids topped off and inspection was on point...! Highly recommend this place for Mercedes-Benz service :) way cheaper than dealer and the attention to detail was great!
