Sam broke down my BMW 740i repairs into explanation that was easy to understand, then I gave the go ahead to fix her up! Shop is impressive!!!

Somehow my driver's seat stuck in recline position. It was diffitcult to drive stick shift on MINI Cooper Hardtop when my seat is stuck in full recline. Mechanic at Desi Auto Care tinkered with the parts and found that I had tweaked something and they fixed it without charge (I'm a new customer). They had me as a customer for life since then.

I took my Lexus LS460 in after I hit the pothole that took out the bottom of my oil pan.I asked Chris to check the front suspension/steering for additional damage. Friday I picked up my Lexus he assured me and i looked under the car and I could clearly see that job was done perfectly with details. Excellent customer service and compassion for their customer position in having a car issues resolved ASAP Biggg... thank you..!!

He charges fair labor, however it’s the very same MINI dealer quality you would expect but, at a fraction of the dealer price- l like supporting a local auto shop. Chris runs the shop with a few other mechanics. There are free refreshments with a comfortable waiting room. This is the only shop I trust to lay hands on my ’13 paceman.

Land Rover fanatics and frustrated - please take your Rover here.we have two LRs and we took the 7-year-old one there for some electrical issues. I could not find a reasonable shop with a good reputation shop so I asked the Land Rover Forum members and they answered - Desi Auto Care. We heeded the call and went. Chris (yes?) and the team were friendly, straight up, clean and inexpensive. THAT'S CORRECT I said LR and inexpensive in the same sentence!! They fixed something that our regular mechanic hadn't been able to fix. Feel good about having their nice little license plate frame on our Rover.Good peeps!

I started using Desi Auto Care for my regular service on my 2016 BMW M5 as their pricing was more than reasonable then dealership. I had an oil leak and I took it to them to get it fixed. As it turns out, the valve covers, timing chain cover and the valley pan were all leaking, as a BMW owner I know is not a cheap fix. It's not always that you take in a car you just purchased (2011 Volkswagen GTI) and after a reasonable price oil change, you're told "your VW looks clean and beautiful inside and out" with nothing more to "fix". Chris and his crew are European specialists who do not follow the stereotype of mechanics who take advantage of customers!

They found a cracked air filter compartment was allowing intake air to bypass filter. Josh called me describing issues and I authorized the repairs. My MINI COOPER was done by 4pm the next day.
