Took my roadster to Drew for two problems. Afternoon he got right on it, found the issue and suggested a "you can do this", but you don't have to" approach. Very refreshing. I will be back for any service needs in the future. Good Job!

I have taken my Volvo and BMW to Desi Auto Care and it's always a positive experience. My car issues are resolved in first time...They took care of my 535i heat that was intermittent going out. On my XC90 they fix a major oil leak very economically

I have changed out alternators, belts, shocks, brakes, and starters at Desi. I'm reasonably technical, can repair most problems ( but I'm busy on my job landscape project). But this time the problem was my MINI Cooper clutch. Desi Auto Care did a great job and got me back on road in no time. MINI is driving better. The clutch is smooth when I am shifting gears.

Land Rover can be very temperamental (and expensive) to own, and I think all fellow owners of Rover can attest to the value of a good technician. DESI is valuable!

Can't say enough about Chris and his services , affordable rates and always gives his honest opinions so you can make the right call moving forward. I will take all my vehicles there in the future thanks again Chris.

Sam and his crew have taken care of my BMW X6 the past few years and brought it back to life. They have done a transmission swap, a clutch job, tune-up, heating issue along with regular maintenance. They are great to deal with and great prices, highly recommended.

Desi fix an overheating issue and major oil leak repair on my 328i. Fair prices, fast and quality service, and the manager reached out the next day to make sure I was satisfied with their workmanship. If you own a BMW-MINI-Mercedes, I highly recommend to giving them a shot.

I was doing fuel filter off quickly without even jacking up my Volkswagen Jetta and that action ruined a fuel line. fortunately, I found this shop only two miles from my home. AAA towed it over. After explaining my situation to Chris, he was able to take my Jetta in and finish it on time as he promised!! I appreciate him fitting me in under very short notice. I sure would recommend Desi to DIY people who makes mistake and have to wave the white flag, definitely come here!!

Chris is very knowledgeable about VOLVOs and just simply a friendly technician. Katelyn at the front desk is a pleasure to deal with. She had a friendly, attitude and helpful customer service. Estimate was at a fraction of the cost!! Everyone quoted me crazy amount for Steering leak and new brakes/rotors and oil change while Katelyn and Chris did it for half of that. The shop to go again to have my Volvo C30 serviced.
