I recently purchased a used ‘15 BMW 328i and within few weeks met with the dreaded “check engine” sign. I turned to Google to find a shop that specializes in Bimmers and am glad I found Desi Auto Care. Josh was fast to respond and help with my radiator problem. He was able to fit me in, despite being fully booked, and solve the riddle of 328i’s mysterious, continue error signs. I appreciate thorough explanation, text-emails, and fair prices.

Finding a knowledgeable technician for Bimmer is a pain. BMW engineering is complicated and maintenance can put you in the poor house. These techs are resourceful, inexpensive and they’re consistent. they offer great value and stand behind the work they do with 24K miles warranty Also, I have driven Audi and Land Rover, I have taken every vehicle to DESI guys. If you compare the miles you get from the vehicle you drive as a way of describing a car, they will keep you running so long as you own your vehicle.

I took my car to Route 73-shop to get cooling system issue fixed. They mis-diagnosed the issue. Their repair did not fix anything. Attempt #2 also a mis-diagnosis and didn’t fix issue. Their #3 diagnosis was outrageous. I went to Desi Auto Care. They found the real issue, performed a repair, not needing to replace any extensive parts. Technician also re-adjusted the car’s computer(something Route 73-shop also missed) the car has never run better. My highest recommendation.

I terminated relation with my Audi-dealer. Finding Desi Auto Care via online has been a God send. Josh has always been helpful since the 1st time I contacted him in Nov-2021. I will not miss the expensive prices I used to pay at my dealer. Thank—you Josh for being transparent and helpful from the beginning.
