I took my Mercedes Benz to get fixed here due to a coolant leak. One day later, they fixed the issue. A great alternative to the crappy service you receive at dealerships. The manager Chris is an honest, straightforward man. The rates are competitive and better. than the dealers. And they’re close to my home!

I had a good experience dealing with Desi Auto Care! Chris helped me get my BMW 7 Series back on her feet just at the nick of time... He helped me with care and details. He is experts at what he does and really do know Bimmers like - - (old the new) I totally recommend to anyone who seriously cares about their German cars and needs a professional to do repair or even to ask for advice on what to do next. We had a transmission service and belt replacement done on our car. Andrew did a great job and the price was fair. Also, he took time to show us needed repairs (inside garage bay, car being on the lift) instead of just writing it down. Definitely would recommend.

I recently took my 2004 Mercury Mountaineer to Desi Auto Care for front differential fluid replacement and for struts/shock absorbers installation. The service was by appointment (only a few days wait). Their personnel were very professional and cordial; they answered all of my questions. The cost of repairs were reasonable and competitive. Some communications were electronic (i.e., online forms), which made the process convenient. I will likely use this garage in the near future.

I was updated with my Mercedes Benz repair details through text, which is very convenient when we live with our cell phones always glued to our hands. Don’t hesitate to ask any questions, Sam will answer them all. For instance, something I wanted to know was what company were my parts being ordered from and where are they made in? Excellent service over all. I will do business again.

Sam broke down my BMW 740i repairs into explanation that was easy to understand, then I gave the go ahead to fix her up! Shop is impressive!!!

Somehow my driver's seat stuck in recline position. It was diffitcult to drive stick shift on MINI Cooper Hardtop when my seat is stuck in full recline. Mechanic at Desi Auto Care tinkered with the parts and found that I had tweaked something and they fixed it without charge (I'm a new customer). They had me as a customer for life since then.

I took my Lexus LS460 in after I hit the pothole that took out the bottom of my oil pan.I asked Chris to check the front suspension/steering for additional damage. Friday I picked up my Lexus he assured me and i looked under the car and I could clearly see that job was done perfectly with details.
